about essential oils & their impact on health.
12:00 noon — Learn about the Nebraska
Parrot Rescue program from Roberta Barr.
1:00 p.m. — Bob Cook will be here to tell
you about bees and beekeeping.
2:00 p.m. — Songs and guitar music
provided by the very talented Andy Severson.
3:00 p.m. — Enjoy dances performed by
students of the Entenmann’s Studio of Dance
coached by Patti Nastase.
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. — Peapod Face
Painting & Balloons will show you how to make
balloon designs for every occasion.
5:00 p.m. — Songs and beautiful music
played on the ukulele by Lynda Laird.





Bellevue will talk to us
about composting and
recycling.
12:00 noon — Morgan Schroeder
from Wildtree will show you how to
use natural and organic herbs, spices,
and marinades for healthy meal
planning.
1:00 p.m. — Neva Wolf
from ‘No More Empty
Pots’ will demonstrate how
to make nutritious meals
for under $10 for a family
2:00 p.m. — Nicole McDonald will
show us how to use coupons to save
money.
3:00 p.m. — Camile James from
Juice4Life will explain the health
benefits of juicing.

Join us in celebrating Nebraska’s
sesquicentennial with stories of the
pioneer days, music, and kids’ fun
activities.
11:00 a.m. — Storytelling by Cherrie
Beam-Callaway.
(Humanities Nebraska provides major
funding for this program. The NHC
receives support from the Nebraska
Cultural Endowment, the Nebraska State
Legislature and the National Endowment
for the Humanities.)
1:00 p.m. Listen
to Angela Kriz sing
and play music on
the accordion.
2:00 p.m. — Join us for a
kids’ interactive camp organized
by the Sarpy County Museum &
the Bellevue Public Library. Kay
Holst will highlight pioneer life
and share some hands-on
artifacts with us.
Then visit with Pam Wiese from the
Humane Society to learn about pet
adoption. She may bring along an
adoptable dog or 2, maybe even a
critter or a kitten. She will also talk
about the costs of owning a pet,
grooming, vet bills, feeding your pets,
etc.
1:00 p.m. — Students
from the Electrix Dance
Team at Bellevue Dance
Academy coached by
Katharine LeCraw & Jayme
Ramos will perform some
special dances for us.
2:00 p.m. — Join Corey Romanski for
her demonstration on
making healthy meals,
biscuits, and other
treats for your pets.
