No squirts program will be run this season as
there is no one to run it. Club to look at
running one next year

A thankyou letter is to be sent out to the
sponsors as sponsor money is receipted and
a welcome to come to home games free of
charge
Ken to contact the saw shop
It has been decided to send an email out to
all players/parents asking that they pay their
fees or their child/themselves will not be able
to take the field UNLESS they have
contacted Jessica to arrange a payment plan
to avoid player/child disappointment.
The club does not want to have an
outstanding fees bill like the year before.

The Trials will continue for two days starting
on the first day of junior training
4 players from U9 to U12 are to be chosen to
go to the COE trials. Ken and Troy are to
speak to coaches to ask them to submit their
4 top players.

meeting at the shed at 9.00am Sunday
morning to put together team bags

Travis is now training the seniors goal keeper
on training nights
The training gear has now been purchased
and in use with all the seniors. Thanks to
Terry for organising this.
Premier bags have now arrived. Troy is just
waiting on sizes for training shirts
The logo for the men’s have been sent
A Premier Dinner has been suggested for the
presenting the seniors with their bags.
Suggestions have been to go to the Railway
hotel as they are a gold sponsor
Brian from the Railway may also given tickets
to suncorp stadium for the club to raffle off
Senior nominations have now been submitted
to the MRF Zone (Prem M & W, Div 1 M & W,
Div 3 M, Colts)
Carnival is now the weekend after Saturday
27th May due to wests having home games.

Jayden McEvoy approached club to pay for
his referee fees for the season the cost is
$115.50
All in favour of Tanya F to write a letter of
support to Marian State School for a fan grant
that they will be applying for for their school
hall
Dean is still looking into the sign that he
would like placed at the top of the Eton range
next to the west one
Ken approached west to see if they would
like to run the canteen on home game days,
but they declined saying they do not have
enough people to man it.
The discussion about lighting for field 2 is
still in discussions with west’s
Miners are offering personal coaching
sessions for anyone who is interested
Team sheet books are now at Barbour park
for someone to pick up
Troy to look into a bus to go to Senior games
at Whitsundays
Hall is now booked for Tues/Thurs nights.
Senior men’s will need to find alternative
training venue if wet.
Strips are lasting longer than thought. What
do we do with sponsors-Annual Fee?
If permanently playing Prem div then give
them a kit. Otherwise look at training shirt
Club will be expected to travel to Prossie. Yet
to know how often and what teams.
