If you are four and under, or 65 and older, admission is free

RULES: The World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) and the United States Taekwondo
(USAT) rules will apply. Specific sparring rules will be announced at the beginning of the
competition . Ring assignments will be announced as appropriate; competitors are responsible
for location their assigned rings immediately.
Mandatory Equipment
:
1. Shin and instep guards (All belts)
2. Forearm guards (All belts)
3. Protective cups (All male competitors)
4. Chest protector and headgear are mandatory (Green Belts and up higher belts)
5. Mouthpiece is mandatory for all ages and belts
