GGX Class Description

This class is designed to target all regions of the abdominals utilizing various types of restance. It focuses on the abs, lower back, lower body, stability & balance.
PIYO is a mat-based class designed for pople who like to sweat and burn claories! It incororates dynamic balance, strength, flexibility, and functional training suitable
for all fitness levels.
BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements
with strength and stabilization exercises. With low-impact/intensity options, BODYATTACK is a great class for all fitness levels.
BODYFLOW is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration and a structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic
workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. It's a great 'time out' from the stress and strains of daily life.
BODYVIVE is the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training all in one class. It mixes lunges, squats running and tubing exercises with great music for a fun class that will fit any

Yoga ia a mind/body class designed to promote health, flexibility, and relaxation. Through breath control, simple meditation and moving through poses. Yoga helps
