BOOK FAIR 2013
AGS ’s Book fair 2013, is scheduled
for the 1st of July, 2013. We have
put together all the recommended
work books that your child would need
for the whole academic year for you
to review and purchase. Also on sale
will be Abacus kits, Lap Top computers, Novels and other interesting
books from various publishers and
writers.
All parents should try and make it to
the fair.
This is also an opportune time for
parents to meet the new teachers of
their kids and have healthy interactions, that we hope in the long run will
be beneficial to the total upbringing
of our cherished little ones.

Online access of report cards
It has come to the notice of Administration that a lot more parents are
still not taking advantage of the
online access to their wards reports.
The idea of the program was to have
reports on demand for parents.
As a quick reminder, if you still haven’t checked last terms report or subsequent report cards, these should all
be still available. AGS has sent you

letters on the modalities of accessing
Your ward’s report on the internet.
Just follow the order of instructions.
We entreat all new parents who still
don't have their ward’s ID, to contact
Uncle Xornam of the IT Department
For assistance. In case you need a
hard copy of report on your ward,

SCHOOL BUS
AGS has purchased a brand new bus
for the children. We wish to use this
opportunity to urge all parents whose
kids are using the bus service to pay
their bus fares promptly, either on a
term, monthly or weekly basis. Daily

MARGINAL INCREASE IN FEES.
Dear parents, the general upward
price increases has undoubtedly affected the running of several institutions operational cost have almost
doubled AGS is not immune to this
general trend.
Nonetheless, AGS has resolutely
stuck to its promised policy of allowing only biennial increase of tuition.
The Board has thus accepted an upVolume 5—issue 1
ward revision in tuition at the start
of next academic year. To continue to
offer an excellent educational product and maintain standards. The following adjustments have been proposed effective next academic year,
