Meet our Behavioral Health Services Staff
Marijke Callahan, BCBA
Marijke has been working in the field of Autism for 14 years.
She has a Master’s in Special Education, a concentration in
severe disabilities and a teaching license in Special Education
and Elementary Education.

closely with families in their homes, to help children meet their
goals and maximize their potential.”
Kate Dalcour, BCBA
Kate has been working in the field of Autism for more than
11 years. She has a Master’s in Special Education as well as
teaching credentials in moderate and severe disabilities.
“I like working for Northeast Arc because, with our vast amount
of services and community outreach programs, it allows me to
work on a team that makes a difference in the lives of so many
people and their families.”
Nicholas Golden, Psy.D., M.Ed., BCBA-D
Nicholas has been working in the field of Autism and Special Needs
for 14 years. He has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s in
Severe Disabilities in Special Education, and his Board Certified
Behavior Analyst Certification at the Doctorate level.
“I greatly enjoy working at the Arc because it allows me to integrate
my education and experience in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, and
Special Education. Northeast Arc has a vast amount of services and
supports to families with extremely talented and dedicated clinicians
working together to improve the lives of such amazing individuals.”

Kendra Kelley, BCBA
Kendra has been working with families who have children with
autism spectrum disorder for 8 years. She has a Master’s in
Special Education and BCBA Certification.
“I appreciate working at the Arc because of its emphasis on
people and relationships. The agency supports individuals
with disabilities, and by doing so, helps families and our larger
community.”
Emily Mandel
Emily has a Master’s in Behavior Analysis and has been working
in the field of Autism for more than 3 years. She has experience
delivering ABA services both in-home and in school settings.

opportunity to teach children functional skills that they can
generalize to their greater environment.”
Susan Van Baalen, M.S.W. LICSW
Sue has been working in the field for more than 20 years.
She has a Master’s in Social Work.
“My position at Arc allows me to marry my two professional
paths of special education and psychiatric social work. I feel
privileged to work in people’s homes and to have such talented
and supportive colleagues.”
