As a condition of entering the Competition, each contestant grants the Twin Lakes Fiddler Championship and its successors the
right to use the contestant's name, voice, likeness and performance, and any portion thereof, without prior notice or compensat ion
for any purpose and in any media now known or hereinafter devised. Such right shall be irrevocable, extend throughout the uni verse
and inure in perpetuity. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, Twin Lakes Fiddler Championship shall own all
right, title and interest in and to all performances, recordings, videos and images rendered by contestants in connection with the
Competition. Other than the prizes received by the winners, no contestant shall be entitled to receive any wages, benefits, f ees or
other compensation whatsoever as a result of participating in the Competition. In exchange for his/her participation in the
Competition, each contestant agrees to release and indemnify the Twin Lakes Fiddler Championship and the officers, directors,
agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees of each of the foregoing, from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of
action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the
contestant's participation in the Competition. I AGREE TO READ AND ABIDE BY THE CONTEST RULES.
