Acquisitions
The vast amount of material received and catalogued since the publication of our last
Acquisitions has made it necessary, in this issue, to employ an abbreviated form of listing.
It is our hope, in future issues of this publication, to return to our practice of describing
in detail all material acquired. In the meantime, we ask the indulgence of our readers,
and particularly of the donors, because of omissions necessitated by limitations of space.
Those of our readers who are interested in specific items are invited to write us for
more detailed descriptions. - EDITOR
