MyVistosi can be accessed twenty-four hours a day, all year round.

MyVistosi
Products research:
1. The shop allows to research products by filtering by
type, collection, category, via specific drop-down
menus.
2. When a selection is active, the corresponding value
is highlighted in the active filters line.
3. The filter can be removed by clicking on the “X” next
to the selection itself.
4. One can also filter: the novelties, the sales, the
products being cancelled, by clicking on the
coloured box next to each type.
5. The filtered category is highlighted with an “X” in the
corresponding coloured box.
6. The filter can be removed by clicking on the coloured
box again.
7. By clicking on “reset all filters” all filters set are
automatically removed.
Sales:
1. In the “sales” section one can access the PDF
that describes the conditions set for the purchase of
discounted products in detail.
2. The products on sale can be filtered by selecting
the sales item in green.
3. Once the filter has been applied for the products
on sale, only the types and categories that have at
least one product on sale will be displayed.
4. By accessing the product sheet details, the items on
sale are highlighted in green and indicate the amounts
available on sale.
Product sheet:
1. One can download all available resources
(assembly instructions, 2D, 3D, etc...) from the product
sheet.
2. Both in the product sheet and in the cart, product
availability of all products is displayed.
3. If the item is not available, indication is also provided
on the next available date of the product. The
confirmed delivery dates will be communicated with an
order confirmation e-mail.

Spare parts:
1. To order a spare part, first select a product and then
access the “spare parts” section: all the available
glass will be prompted for the item.
Cart:
1. In the cart the products on sale are listed in a
separate section in order to allow a quick check of
the amount reached.
2. Via the “quick entry per item code” function one
can quickly order the products by searching for them
textually.
3. In the final page of the cart one can specify the
delivery address for the goods.
4. The destination can be selected among those
prompted or one can enter new addresses.
5. Once the order is complete, a first order receipt
notification e-mail is sent that summarises what was
entered in the web order.
6. As soon as the web order has been taken in
charge by the Vistosi sales department, an order
confirmation e-mail is sent, containing all the
commercial conditions and dates in which the items
will be ready for shipment.
Packing list /Tracking:
1. Visibility of deliverable orders per week, to allow
collections planning.
2. Tracking of all orders entered.
3. PDF download of orders, delivery notes, and
invoices by clicking on the PDF icon in the documents
lists.
