Available for replacement of existing spray or rotor zone. A
minimum of one entire working zone must be converted to drip
irrigation and must not contain any microsprays, bubblers, or
soaker hoses.
The conversion area must have contained 75% ground plane
coverage of healthy, well-watered turfgrass or other high water
use plants.
After sprinkler system conversion, at least 75% of the ground
plane must be covered by vegetation at maturity.
Qualifying equipment must be new. Products that are used, rebuilt,
rented, leased, exchanged, won as a prize, get one free offer, or
purchased at auction or online auction are not eligible.
Qualification checklist must be completed to receive rebate.
Applications for qualifying equipment purchased & installed
between Jan 1 - Nov 30 of current calendar year must be
postmarked within 90 days of purchase or Dec 31 of same
calendar year (whichever comes first) to qualify for a rebate.
Applications for qualifying equipment purchased & installed
between Dec 1 - Dec 31 of the calendar year must be postmarked
on or before Jan 31 of following year to qualify for a rebate.
Installation address must have Springs Utilities commercial water
service. For the purposes of this rebate, commercial service is
considered to be any of the following rate codes: W1C, W2C,
W1M, W2M.
This rebate does not apply to new construction.
All requirements of the program are subject to change at any time.
Rebates are limited to two (2) of each equipment type per
customer account every three (3) years.
Installation address must have a Springs Utilities water account.

Springs Utilities account(s) for rebate participant must be current
and non-delinquent (i.e. no past due balances) at the time the
rebate application is processed or rebate will be denied. Should
this be rectified within thirty (30) days of date of denial letter,
please call 448-4800 to have your rebate application reviewed
again.
Rebate application(s) must be complete and include a copy of the
paid purchase receipt(s). Incomplete applications and/or those
lacking a copy of the paid purchase invoices/receipt(s) (with
make/model numbers) will be denied.
Paid purchase invoices/receipts must clearly identify the approved
equipment and include date of purchase, purchase price,
make/model, and quantity purchased.
Springs Utilities is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible,
misdirected or postage-due applications.
Qualifying purchases do not guarantee approval of a rebate.
Rebates are offered on a first come, first served basis and subject
to availability of funds.
Only sole proprietorship businesses are required to complete the
Affidavit of Legal Residency.
Rebates are issued as a credit to the Springs Utilities water
account. Applications will be processed within eight (8) weeks of
receipt.
Springs Utilities reserves the right to verify compliance with these
terms, including but not limited to a physical site review. If review
deems qualifying equipment was not installed, Springs Utilities
reserves the right to remove the non-complying participant from
the program and the amount rebated will be charged back to the
utility account.
This rebate is not retroactive.

It is strongly recommended that irrigation equipment be installed and programmed by a
qualified professional following a thorough irrigation system and landscape evaluation.

Complete application and include the following supporting documents:

Paid invoices must include date of purchase, purchase price, make/model, and quantity purchased.

Copy of valid Photo ID for proof of legal residency (Sole Proprietorship only) *Acceptable forms of a valid Photo ID
include: Colorado driver’s license, Colorado identification card, United States military card, United States Coast Guard Merchant
Mariner card or a Native American tribal document. It is strictly prohibited and punishable by fine and/or imprisonment to
photocopy Military IDs and Common Access Cards. (Title 18, U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701)

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION – REQUIRED
Overhead to Drip Conversion: Drip equipment such as emitters,
drip pipe, inline emitter drip pipe, pressure regulators, and filters are
eligible for the rebate. The maximum rebate per customer per year is
$1,000 per customer per year and the minimum rebate amount is $100.
Rebate amount cannot exceed the purchase price. Rebate material must
be from our list of qualifying equipment available at

Project includes removal of an entire existing working spray or
rotor sprinkler zone and must not contain any micro sprays,
bubblers, or soaker hoses.
Conversion area must have contained 75% ground plane

Landscaped area must contain 75% plant coverage at maturity
and must contain low water using plants.
