You can use the slope of the line and any point on the line to write and graph an
equation of the line.
The point-slope form of an equation of a nonvertical line with slope m and through
point (x1, y1) is y – y1 = m(x – x1)
(x1, y1) represent a specific point on the line and m is the slope.
