Spring Fling Bingo is open to anyone with a class package or membership with ToddPilates & Barre. No additional purchase is
necessary to play or win. (Managers, teachers and studio assistants at ToddPilates & Barre and their immediate family members are not
eligible.)
Participation in Spring Fling Bingo is voluntary; a person does not need to play in order to attend any class at any ToddPilates & Barre
studio.
Participation in Spring Fling Bingo constitutes the player’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules
and the decisions of ToddPilates & Barre, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these
Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Spring Fling Bingo begins Saturday, March 11, 2017 and ends Friday, April 7, 2017. There will be 4 rounds of play, with 1 bingo card
per round, according to the following schedule:
 ROUND 1 – Saturday, March 11, 2017 – Friday, March 17, 2017
 ROUND 2 – Saturday, March 18, 2017 – Friday, March 24, 2017
 ROUND 3 – Saturday, March 25, 2017 – Friday, March 31, 2017
 ROUND 4 – Saturday, April 1, 2017 – Friday, April 7, 2017
To enter any round and be eligible to win a prize, a player must enter the card designated for that round with ONE completed BINGO. A
completed BINGO means completing the task in each space in any one row, one column, or one diagonal. There are 12 possible
BINGOs on each card. Cards without a completed BINGO will be disqualified. Cards with more than one completed BINGO will not
increase a player’s eligibility to win a prize.
Each round has a unique BINGO card. Any BINGO card entered from a different round will be discarded, and the player will be
disqualified. For example, a card from Round 1 may not be entered into the Round 2 drawing.
Players may enter ONLY ONE card per round and may enter a card at only ONE studio. Players may not enter more than one card at
any studio or enter a card at more than one studio in any one round. PLAYERS WHO ENTER MULTIPLE CARDS WILL BE
DISQUALIFIED.
ENTRY DEADLINES: Players must submit completed BINGO cards at the applicable ToddPilates & Barre studio no later than 11am
SATURDAY. Players may submit eligible cards at any time before that deadline.
Players may enter a card in 1, 2, 3 or all 4 rounds.
Prizes will be as follows:

12 WEEKLY PRIZES – After each round, ToddPilates & Barre will award 1 prize at each ToddPilates & Barre studio (i.e. 1
weekly prize each for South Austin, North Austin and Round Rock studios). The retail value of each weekly prize will not
exceed $50.

1 GRAND PRIZE – ToddPilates & Barre will combine all eligible entries from all 4 rounds at all studios and select a grand
prize winner. The retail value of the grand prize will not exceed $200.
ToddPilates & Barre will select all winners in random drawings from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected
depend on the number of entries received. Random drawings for each weekly prize for each studio will be conducted on or about the
Sunday following each round. For example, drawings for Round 1 will be conducted on or about Sunday, March 19. The random
drawing for the grand prize will be conducted on or about Sunday, April 9.
ToddPilates & Barre will notify the potential winner of each round via email on or about the Sunday following each round and the
potential winner of the grand prize via email on or about Sunday, April 9. By participating in Spring Fling Bingo, players hereby give
ToddPilates & Barre permission to publicize their names via marketing emails and social media if their cards are selected in the random
drawings for prizes. If any winner does not collect his or her prize within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the
prize will be forfeited and un-awarded.
ToddPilates & Barre will verify accuracy of each square in the completed BINGO of each card drawn for a prize. CARDS with
BINGOs THAT CANNOT BE VERIFIED WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, and another card will be drawn for that prize. To get credit
for attending a class, players must ensure their attendance is registered at the studio front desk. To get credit for posted selfies or posted
reviews, players must (a) show the posted selfie or review to the studio’s front-desk attendant, and (b) request that the attendant log the
selfie or review into the player’s Perkville Points account. To get credit for bringing a friend, a player must ensure the studio front-desk
attendant logs the activity into the player’s Perkville Points account. Redeeming points in a Perkville account is not required in order to
win a prize in Spring Fling Bingo.
Class days and times on each BINGO card are specific to the location indicated at the top of that card. Not all ToddPilates & Barre
studios have classes at the same times. However, taking a class at another studio may fulfill a square on the player’s card if the class time
qualifies. For example, if a player entering a BINGO card at the South Austin studio takes an 11am weekday class at the Round Rock
studio, that player can mark the “Attend an 11am or 12:15pm weekday class” square on the South Austin studio card.
To mark a square as complete, players must draw a clear, eligible “X” within the boundaries of that square.
Each player must print his or her name clearly at the top of the BINGO card. If the ToddPilates & Barre representative conducting
the drawing cannot read a player’s name, that card will be disqualified, and another card will be drawn.
17. ToddPilates & Barre reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any player it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of Spring Fling Bingo or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Failure by ToddPilates & Barre to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18. By participating in Spring Fling Bingo, each player agrees to release and hold harmless ToddPilates & Barre and each of its respective
parents, affiliates, owners, managers, employees, contractors, agents and other representatives (the “Released Parties”) from and against
any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or otherwise related to Spring Fling Bingo or the receipt or use of any prize,
including but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with Spring Fling Bingo; (b) unauthorized human intervention in Spring
Fling Bingo; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in
connection with Spring Fling Bingo, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of Spring Fling Bingo,
announcements of winners, cancellation or postponement of Spring Fling Bingo, or in any materials related to Spring Fling Bingo; or (e)
injury, death, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
participating in Spring Fling Bingo, including, without limitation, publication of winners’ names. By participating in Spring Fling Bingo,
each player waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or punitive
damages, or attorney’s fees.
