Breakfast
Hi Folks,
We're just back from a weekend in connemara
enjoying the simpler life and being overwhelmed by
the wonderful scenery we all have at our doorsteps.
We visited Kylemore Abbey an amazingly beautiful
location , simply divine. I think we managed to see
every inlet on the coastline. it was a magical weekend
made of memories and a shame that we had not done
this till now. I seriously recommend a trip if you
haven't already experienced connemara at its best.
I suppose the one comment Ken made to me was that
he hoped as he gets older ( it was a birthday
weekend) that his Basketball injuries don't prevent
him getting out and enjoying life. Really staying
healthy is so important.Being fit and agile is the key to
happiness and life. The Taylor Made diet gives you
the opportunity to stay healthy while eating good
wholesome food. Enjoy the right choices both in what
you consume and how you spend your time. Get out
and walk, swim or cycle. Do something that is both
healthy and enjoyable. make it a habit, as only then
will it be sustained. Don't be a couch potato, its so
easy with netflix now to simply sit and watch TV. Have
a great week. call me anytime. Ken 086 8167534
