The Rumpus Room boasts one of the biggest
bourbon selections in the city, clocking in at more
than 90 different kinds.
Buffalo Trace has been creating quality bourbon
long before it was trendy. The continued
partnership between this award-winning distillery
and Rumpus Room, recently recognized by
GreatBourbon.com as the top bourbon house in
the state, seemed like a natural fit.
The Rumpus Room and Buffalo Trace have
worked together on past events, and we are a big
supporter of their craft, featuring a variety of their
products on our menu. As a highly sought-after
distiller, Buffalo Trace limits their single barrel to
very few places around the country. Fortunately,
our partnership allowed us to be the first in the state
to secure a barrel.

Salumi
It takes extensive knowledge when selecting a
barrel. It is important to identify what flavors are
present, how these will pair with cocktails, on ice,
or neat. Our guests are the number one priority
when selecting a barrel, and without their passion
for the product, we wouldn’t have the opportunity
to bring in such an exclusive offering.
Salumi are cured meats, predominantly, but not always, from
pork and comes from the Italian word for "salted meat."
