Rebate Terms on Back
Terms of the WH Energy Savings Rebate Program
• Rebate amount for ASHP is $200.00 per ton up to a maximum of $900.00 (4.5 ton).
o Member agrees to allow WH control up to 200 hours per cooling season.
During the managing time, we will cycle your ASHP on and off during the time of control.
o Member agrees to allow the control of the ASHP which occurs on days of
high electrical demand, high wholesale energy prices, and system emergencies.
• Rebate amount for AC is $40.00 per ton up to a maximum of $200.00 (5 ton).
o Member agrees to allow WH control up to 200 hours per cooling season.
During the managing time, we will cycle your AC on and off during the time of control.

Rebates will be issued as a credit on your WH electric bill.
•
ASHP/AC unit must be installed within WH service territory.
•
ASHP/AC unit must be on the Quick Cash Energy Saving Program.
•
ASHP/AC unit will be metered at the general service rate.
•Members with an AC receive a credit of $5.00 applied to their electric account for the months June through
September. Members with an ASHP receive a credit of $5.00 applied to their electric account for the months
June through November. The member must have a minimum general service usage of 200 kWh per month to
qualify for the credit.
•
Member is responsible for ASHP/AC unit installation cost and maintenance of the ASHP/AC unit.
•
WH will provide installation of the load control device. WH will only pay for the standard installation
of the load control device for the QCASHP/QCAC Energy Saving Program.
•
The Energy Savings program for the ASHP/AC unit will be required to be in place for a
minimum of five years.
•
By applying for the rebate you are agreeing to the terms of the program.
•
Must be purchased between March 31st - December 31st, 2016 . Submit the completed rebate form and a
copy of the original sales receipt within 90 days of purchase to:
