THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL of the Corporation of the District of Surrey, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942," as amended, is hereby further amended, pursuant to the provisions of Section 716 of the "Municipal Act," and the classification of the following parcels of land, presently shown upon the maps designated as the "Zoning Maps" and marked as Schedule "A" under PART III of the said By-law No. 5942, is hereby amended as follows: (a) FROM "SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RS)" TO "COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (C-D) II ALL AND SINGULAR that certain portion of Land and Premises situate lying and being: A portion of Lot Forty-Five (45), South West Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Two (2), New Westminster District, Plan Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Eleven (66311); which portion may be more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the South East corner of the said Lot Forty-Five (45); THENCE following part of the southerly boundary on a bearing of 2690 35' 47" a distance of Thirty metres (30.000 m) more or less to a bend; THENCE continuing along part of the said southerly boundary on a bearing of 2780 28' 30" a distance of Fifty-Two Decimal Zero Fifty-Five metres (52.055 m) to a point; THENCE on a bearing of 8o 28' 30" a distance of Forty Decimal Eight Hundred Thirty-Two metres (40.832 m); THENCE on a bearing of 890 35' 47" a distance of Seventy-Six Decimal One Hundred Eighty-Four metres (76.184 m) more or less to an intersection with the easterly boundary of the said Lot Forty-Five (45); THENCE following part of the said easterly boundary on a bearing of 1790 35' 47" a distance of Twenty-Two Decimal Zero Zero Six metres (22.006 m) more or less to a bend; THENCE continuing along part of the said easterly ·boundary on a bearing of 1810 53' 10" a distance of Twenty-Six Decimal Three Hundred Ninety-Two metres (26.392 m) more or less to a point of commencement. (Portion of 7297 - 138 Street) (b) FROM "SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RS)" TO "MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL ZONE TWO (RM-2)" ALL AND SINGULAR that certain portion of Land and Premises situate lying and being: A portion of Lot Forty-Five (45), South West Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Two (2), New Westminster District, Plan Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Eleven (66311); which portion may be more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the South East corner of the said Lot Forty-Five (45); THENCE following part of the easterly boundary on a bearing of 1790 35' 47" a distance of Eighty-One Decimal Zero Twenty-Four metres (81.024 m); THENCE on a bearing of 2690 35' 47" a distance of Seventy-Six Decimal One Hundred Eighty-Four metres (76.184 m); THENCE on a bearing of 1aao 28' 30" a distance of Forty Decimal E1ght Hundred Thirty-Two metres (40.832 m) more or less to an intersection with the southerly boundary of the said Lot Forty-Five (45); THENCE following part of the said southerly boundary on a bearing of 2780 28' 30" a distance of Seventy-Four Decimal Zero Fifty-Five metres (74.055 m) more or less to a bend; THENCE continuing along part of the said southerly boundary on a bearing of 2690 35' 47" a distance of Thirty-Three metres (33.000 m) more or less to the southwest corner of the said Lot Forty-Five (45); THENCE following the westerly boundary on the said Lot Forty-Five (45) on a bearing of 3590 36' 21" a distance of One Hundred Twenty-Nine metres (129.000 m) more or less to the north west corner of the said Lot Forty-Five (45); THENCE following the northerly boundary of the said Lot Forty-Five (45) on a bearing of ago 35' 47" a distance of Seventy-Eight Decimal Four Hundred metres (78.400 m) more or less to a bend; THENCE continuing along the said northerly boundary on a bearing of 132o 44' 58" a distance of Twenty-Seven Decimal Eight Hundred Seventy-Three metres (27.873 m) more or less to a bend; THENCE continuing along the said northerly boundary on a bearing of ago 35' 47" a distance of Eighty-Nine Decimal Nine Hundred metres (89.900 m) more or less to the point of commencement. - 2 - THE HEREINBEFORE described portion contains Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Eight (28,588) square metres more or less. The present zoning of "Suburban Residential (RS)", in connection with the above described parcel of land, is hereby deleted from the Zoning Map of "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942," as amended. 3. Notwithstanding the permitted uses prescribed under Part LIV - C-D Comprehensive Development Zone, the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule 'A' which is attached hereto and forms part of this by-law. 4. This By-law shall be cited for all purposes as "Surrey Zoning By- law, 1979, No. 5942, Amendment By-law, 1987, No. 9107." READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME on the 27th day of July, 1987.
