This is the first Employee Health & Wellness Challenge! Join now to improve your health and be entered to win a prize. This month, all you have to do is drink water! Everyone who participates will receive a FREE water jug, compliments of Gundersen St. Joe’s What is it?: 30 Day Water Challenge. Starts October 1st What do you have to do?: Sign up, calculate your daily water goal, log your daily water intake while trying to hit your goal every day, submit completed form once challenge is done, and be entered in to win the prize drawing. How do I sign up?: Stop in to the nurses office to sign up and get your FREE water jug for participating. You will get your water drinking log to keep track as well. Sign up any time from now through Friday afternoon. If you can’t make it to the nurse’s office, email [email protected] or contact Kim Sellers to make other arrangements, and she can come to you. BONUS: Optional – if you choose to, you can participate in the $5 option. Staff who want to have another chance of winning can choose to pay $5 when they sign up. At the end of the challenge, there will be a second drawing for those who do the $5 option. The “pot” will be a 50/50 split. Winner will get half and the second half will go into the Health & Wellness fund. Winning prize amount depends on the number of staff who choose this option. This is completely optional and not required to join the challenge. ONLY COUNT WATER on your log – NO, sorry but milk, juice, soda, beer, and other such beverages DO NOT COUNT as water!!!!! Only participants who complete the challenge and return their daily water log as proof of completion will be eligible for prize drawing.
