Information About The Service
The service:
ADSL is a broadband service offering fast speed internet access through copper phone lines with a
monthly included data allowance. Your speed will be reduced (shaped) once you use up all your
included allowance or you can continue using the service at the same speed by purchasing an
additional data pump-up pack through your account manager login.
Bundling:
We do not require bundling of any other products to use this service.
Mandatory components:
You will require a modem/router for this service. The monthly fee or setup fee does not include
the cost for a modem/router but you may purchase one from us at an additional cost. Please
contact us for further information.
As we do not provide phone services, you must have an existing phone service with another
provider in order to activate our ADSL service. Please contact our office for recommendations if
you do not already have a phone line.
Minimum term:
The service is available with a minimum term of 12 months.

This service provides you with a dynamic IP address. Static IP addresses can be purchased at an

The maximum monthly charge will be the minimum monthly charge plus any optional product
options selected.
Early termination charges:

If you cancel your service prior to the end of your contract term you will incur early termination
charges. These are calculated by multiplying the number of outstanding contract months times the
minimum monthly contract charge.

The above was calculated by taking the minimum charge for the entire term across the 12 month
contract, and dividing it by the total number of included gigabytes across the term. For example,
on the Broadband Light - 30GB plan, 30 GB per month multiplied by 12 months equals 360 GB;
then $599.40 divided by 360 GB equals $1.67 per GB.

from month to month, and will be forfeited on the next anniversary date.
