Each property is entitled to one bin of each type as part of the rates payment.
Additional bins are available for residential premises (and business premises where there is more than one
tenancy on a single rateable property, at the rate of one bin for each tenancy), for an annual service fee per
bin. Service fees are published on the Council website at www.unley.sa.gov.au (“fees and charges”)
