To determine if PP is adjective or adverb:
1. Check to see if there is a noun in front of PP
2. If NO, then PP is adverb (answers one of the adverb questions)
3. If YES, then check to see if it is ADJECTIVE first (does it answer an adjective question about the noun?)
4. If you cannot force an adjective question to work, then the PP is adverb (verify that it does answer an adverb question).
