I certify that I am the sole and absolute owner of these items, and that no other individuals or institutions have a
claim to them.
I agree to give to AUC copyright and the rights to exhibit, reproduce, publish, quote from, and broadcast in any
medium (including by way of the internet) the donated items or images of the items, and the right to authorize
others to do so. I understand that I retain copyright and may use the donated images, media, or images of the
items for my own purposes.
I give my consent for AUC to make the donated items (or images of the items) available for viewing to users,
including internet users. I understand that digital items or images of items will be stored and made accessible
through channels like the AUC Digital Archive and Research Repository (AUC DAR) and the University on the Square
website, and deposited with the AUC Library for public viewing and reading.
The Library will preserve, arrange, describe, catalog, and provide research access to items according to standard
library and archival procedures and regulations.
