1. P ricing
1.1. Prices may increase without notice, either online or via our pricelist from time to time. General increases and decreases in overall pricing by brand
or product will be advised in writing either on our website, mail or email with 14 days notice.
1.2. Errors and Omissions in our pricelist are excluded
1.3. Pricing discussed by phone or email is considered verbal and will not be accepted unless accurate pricing is supplied via official Conect quotation
form valid for 30 days.
1.4. Any on going special pricing must be approved by management and mutually signed off by both parties on a special pricing form prior to being
implemented and loaded into our system
1.5.
Failure to follow this procedure will result in special pricing being invalid.
1.6 Prices exclude GST
1.7 Minimum order spend is $20.00 plus gst
2. T echnical Information & S upport
2.1. Information provided by Conect staff members, our website and pricelists is based on information we believe to be correct and reliable. Any
information given if provided is to be used as a guide and does not constitute a warranty.
2.2. Purchasers should assess the suitability of the product being purchased for the application prior to ordering the goods.
2.3. Conect maintains no responsibility or liability on advice given regarding manufacturing or production methods used and purchasers should
independently determine the appropriate process of their own accord.
3. P ayment of G oods
3.1. Ownership of Goods:
3.1.1. All goods remain the property of Conect Enterprises until such time as they are paid in full.
3.2. Payment Options
3.2.1. Customers without an approved 30 day trading account will be required to pay prior to goods being sent. No goods will be sent without payment if
an account has not been approved. Please allow 7 days for processing and ensure all pages are completed and signed in full by the owners/directors of
the business.
3.2.2. We accept the following methods of payment: Credit card or EFT is our preferred method of payment. Cash will be accepted at our branch trade
counters for customer pick ups or via our local delivery vans. Please advise us at time of order if you would like change.
3.2.3. Credit cards- Are the easiest and more convenient way to do business with Conect. This will allow goods to be sent the most efficiently.
3.2.3.1. We accept Visa & MasterCard only
3.2.4. EFT – An official bank notification must be sent prior to goods being sent. It must include the bank name, company or purchaser's name with an
official receipt number. The payment must be confirmed and not pending.
3.2.4.1. Customers who choose to pay via EFT and haven’t purchased before must wait 3 days for payments to clear prior to goods being sent.
3.2.5. Cheque Payment – Cheques will not be accepted as payment unless via prior arrangement with management. If you haven’t traded with us
previously, credit card and cash are the only methods accepted.
3.3. T rading T erms
3.3.1. Trading Terms are strictly 30 days from the end of the month and are subject to credit approval. Customers who are over these terms can not be
guaranteed supply of goods.
3.3.2. Credit Limits do apply and payment may be sought prior to more goods being shipped out if you are over your credit limit.
3.3.3. Your credit limit may be reviewed from time to time and adjusted depending on financial reporting available at the time.
4. R eturn of G oods
4.1. Any errors in delivery by Conect must be reported to customer service with in 7 days of receiving the goods. Any issues after 7 days will not be
recognised.
4.2. A request for return or credit must include the date of purchase and either the order confirmation number or invoice number as proof of purchase.
4.3. Any physical returns must be approved by the Customer Service Manager prior to the return. Any goods sent back without approval will be
rejected.
4.3.1. Orders for return must be arranged for Collection by Conect and a tracking number issued using an approved Conect freight provider.
4.4. Any goods ordered in error by the customer will incur a restocking fee of 10% - no exceptions.
4.5. Items ordered in especially for the customer that are not a stocked item by Conect can not be returned due to change of mind or circumstance
4.6. Orders that require slitting or cutting to size must be requested in writing by fax or email – no cutting sizes will be accepted over the phone.

TAUTFLEX AIR
Tautflex Air is a waterbase airbrushing paint. The Tautflex air has been developed with a superior adhesion to both
flexible and rigid surfaces such as banner material and metal. Although many airbrushing paints have a tendency
to clog, Tautflex air has been manufactured with a new tip flow formula to help minimise the problem and allow
the operator to use an airbrush at low pressure. Tautflex air is easy to use, dries quickly and is waterproof. Once you
have finished for extra protection Tautflex air UV Clear can be added

Viponds Feature Gloss Enamel is an oil-base gloss finish paint. Viponds feature gloss enamel is manufactured to
give a high opacity, optimum durability and full gloss finish to your work. The feature gloss enamel is heavy bodied
to allow high film build and good flow. Viponds Feature Gloss Enamel is available in a wide range of standard

ONE SHOT PAINT PEARLESCENT
One Shot Paint Pearlescent Enamel is an oil based gloss enamel for both internal and external application. It can be
used on a number of different surfaces such as banner, self adhesive vinyl, vehicle lettering and pinstriping. One
Shot Pearlescent Enamel has been developed with stunning durability and fade resistance. Pearlescent Enamels
are translucent and may require an undercoat. Pearlescent Enamels colours display a dazzling luster look in either
direct sunlight or under a high intensity light.

One Shot Paint Hardener has been developed to increase the drying times of the letting and pearlescent enamels.
ONE SHOT PAINT SPEED DRY UV
One Shot Paint Speed Dry UV Clear is a gloss UV resistant clear that has been designed to give excellent UV
protection with fast drying time. One Shot Paint Speed Dry UV Clear is predominantly useful when a quick drying

FLUTEBOARD PRIMER
Viponds Fluteboard Premier is a solvent base product that helps with paint, ink and self adhesive vinyl adhesion
to fluteboard. Unless the fluteboard has been treated most paints, inks and self adhesive vinyl can have difficulty
adhering to the fluteboard if Fluteboard Premier is not used.
UNIVERSAL DIGI CLEAR
Viponds Universal Digi Clear is a water base clear that has been developed to protect and extend the life of
digitally printed products. It is a white clear that will protect the print from scratches, yellowing, water and some
chemicals. It also contains UV absorbers to improve the print life of the product outside. Universal Digi Clear had
