Dear Parents, Grandparents and Friends!
My name is Billie French and I am the Volunteer Coordinator for the Box Tops for
Education® Program at Jenks West Elementary. I wanted to send out a letter to
introduce myself and let you know about the Box Tops program at our school.
Our School’s goal this year is to earn $5,000.00.
OUR FIRST CONTEST BEGINS NOW!! The classroom with the most submitted box tops
in each building will receive and extra recess! The DEADLINE is October 7th, 2016.
Attached is a collection sheet to get you started. Print as many sheets as you need. You
may also simply place them in zip lock bags with your teacher’s name on it. Please make
sure you do not submit any box tops that have expired – as they do not count. Bonus
box tops must be submitted on a different sheet. Submit them to your child’s teacher.
Look for the pink Box Top on hundreds of participating products. Each is worth 10₵ for
our school! You may go to www.btfe.com/products for a list of participating Box Tops
products. JUST CLIP, SAVE AND SEND TO SCHOOL WITH YOUR CHILD!!
Make sure you sign up to support our school at BTFE.com. It is totally free and once you
do, you’ll be able to track our school’s earnings and enter for chances to win extra cash
for our school. If we work together, we can make a big difference.
I cannot express how important it is to make sure your child’s teacher’s name is on
every bag and/or sheet. Many box tops last year did not count for the contest due to no
teacher name.
