Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary

1.
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His
mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they
came together, she was found with child of the Holy
Spirit. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and
not wanting to make her a public example, was minded
to put her away secretly. But while he thought about
these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to
him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not
be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is
conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. "And she will bring

forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He
will save His people from their sins." So all this was
done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the
Lord through the prophet, saying: "Behold, the virgin
shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call
His name Immanuel," which is translated, "God with us."
Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the
angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his
wife, and did not know her till she had brought forth her
firstborn Son. And he called His name Jesus.

the evil from Israel.
5. Deuteronomy 22:22
"When a man takes a wife and marries her, and it
happens that she finds no favor in his eyes because he
has found some uncleanness in her, and he writes her a
certificate of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her
out of his house,

14. John 1:14
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
who, being in the form of God, did not consider it
robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no
reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and
coming in the likeness of men. And being found in
appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and
became obedient to the point of death, even the death
of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him
and given Him the name which is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of

16. Philippians 2:5-11
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with
God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning
with God. All things were made through Him, and
without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him
was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light
shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not
comprehend it.
17. John 1:1-5
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and
we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of
the Father, full of grace and truth. John bore witness of
Him and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said,
'He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He
was before me.'" And of His fullness we have all
received, and grace for grace.

18. John 1:14-18
For the law was given through Moses, but grace and

When He had come to His own country, He taught them
in their synagogue, so that they were astonished and
said, "Where did this Man get this wisdom and these
