Schoen LLC. with a representative sample of 600 randomly selected registered voters as well as a separate oversample of 400 African American registered voters. The survey was conducted by telephone between March 30th and April 1st 2012. • The White subsample is based on the 462 white respondents within the overall sample of 600 registered voters. • The Black subsample is based on a separate oversample of 400 African American registered voters. • The All figure is based on all respondents in the initial representative sample of 600. The margin of sampling error for the overall sample of 600 randomly selected registered voters is +/-­‐ 4.0%. The margin of sampling error for the oversample of 400 African Americans is +/-­‐ 4.9%.
