We have been a Werribee based business since 2007.
Started by Nigel and Kat Braithwaite, as a wholesale only patisserie, we
are one of those little family success stories, that started from home.
(complete with kids at our feet!!!)
This is our first Café, but if you peer through the rear doors you will still
see Nigel and Kat hard at work in the Wholesale Production Kitchen,
with our rapidly growing team of helpers.
Everything in those cake displays is baked here on the premises.
(Nigel’s a clever cookie!!)
We are extremely proud of our business, and our chosen careers, we
have had amazing mentors and training in our past, so we hope you
enjoy what we now have to offer you.
We also hope our team in the Café do us proud, and give you a great
experience, and fantastic food. There are feedback cards floating
around, if you would like to bring anything to our attention.
