There is a National Customs Single Window (NSW)
=> Connection FLEGIT-NSW via Web services (one time development for the
MS)

system)
NOTE: customs can send their Clearance info to MSCA, which can then
enter "manually" the info in FLEGIT (acting as customs offices)
