Stainless steel processing remains the core business
of Edelstahl NORD. We‘ve made a name for ourselves
as a reliable supplier of high-quality stainless steel
products, whether a request involves a single piece or
a series.
Our optimised internal processes are the fundamentals to respond quickly to customers inquiries. Supported by state-to-the-art CAD / Cam software and
partially automated production systems we are able to
provide our service “Just in Time”.

We are used to fullfil all requirements according to your
specifications or given by your industry, e.g. EU Machine
Directive 2006/42/EG, DIN EN ISO 12100, DIN EN ISO
17637, DIN EN ISO 3834 as well as HACCP, HAZOP or
FDA, CGMP and other standards. Our range of services
is described by state-of-the-art technology.
In addition to design, planning and production we can
extend our service by procurement and stocking of
spare and wear parts or training for your technicians
and assembly staff.
Uncompromising in terms of quality, we complete the
corresponding functions tests following assembly of
electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components or a
test run, which is included as part of our normal procedure.

FAT
 Upon request we complete extensive testing together
with you at our premises, e.g the riboflavine test, agitator test, pressure hold test, etc.
TRANSPORT
 Upon customer’s request we can organise the transport of your vessel. In order to avoid any damages during transport, our employees ensure suitable
packaging for your process vessels, suitable even for
sea freight.
COMMISSIONING
 Edelstahl NORD employees will help you with commissioning and training for your employees upon request.
AFTER SALES
 We are at your service following delivery of your process vessels, fermenters or bioreactors and ensure
supply of spare parts. Further we can also offer to you
maintenance service for your pressure vessel at regular intervals.

the room air from the outside air.
