Through individually designed support, we can help you with all aspects of getting a job. You will receive support from a named Employment Specialist who can guide you through every step of the process. You may need support with: Building your CV Searching & applying for jobs Access to training & development opportunities Looking at your benefits situation Preparing for & attending interviews On-going support for you & your employer when you are in work What happens now? Your Care Co-ordinator will refer you to Step On and arrange an introductory meeting with your named Employment Specialist, who will then offer you an initial appointment. Here we will discuss what type of work you are interested in, talk about your education & work history along with your mental health. We will work together to develop an individual action plan tailored to suit you.
