How to Bid
1. If you placed a credit card number on file when you
checked-in at the door, write your name and use the bid
number on the card you received at check in.
2. If you would like to pay with cash or check, simply write
your name and phone number on the bid sheet to place a
bid

How to Check-Out
1. Once the tables have closed, check all of the items that
you bid on to see if you have won.
2. If you had the high bid, remove the yellow sheet as your
receipt and leave the pink sheet on the table for others to
know who won the item.
3. If you placed a credit card on file when you checked in at
the door, simply show your bid number card to the nearest
volunteer and collect your items, congratulations, you’re
done!
4. If you would like to pay with cash or check, take the
yellow sheet to the cashier to pay for your items. They will
mark your receipts upon payment and you may take them
to the nearest volunteer to collect your items.
Boxes and bags are available from volunteers upon request
