POLICY
Kiss Kiss Ltd has established policies to ensure that all students receive healthy and fresh lunches according to their schedules. The following is a list of Kiss Kiss Ltd’s School Lunch Program policies:
1. A calendar of menu items will be published online and sent to all parents by email as well. All menu items are subject to change and are based upon availability.
2. As usual we will be supplying lunches to the Providence School every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except bank holidays) at 11:30am. Please fill in the back of this form to identify the amount of catering days
you would like to sign up the student for.
3. No refunds will be given for cancellations, however credits will be issued for lunches cancelled by 9:00 p.m. on the night before the day for which the meals are intended to be delivered. After 9:00 p.m. all sales
are final. Parents should call 431-9479 or should email [email protected] with their cancellation request.
4. Our terms of business now require all parents to submit payment in advance for all school lunches. Once your form has been received and verified, an invoice will be sent by email within the next few days, and
we kindly ask you to please submit payment within 15 days maximum. Please note that, we have the right to cease providing school lunches if payment is not received within this time period.
5. Payments are only accepted in cash or cheques only to “Kiss Kiss Ltd” and delivered at Mama Mia Deli & Pizzeria in Hastings.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER – Kiss Kiss Ltddoes not knowingly use peanuts, nuts or peanut based products in the provision of catering services to students who have been identified in this form to have peanuts/nuts
allergies. However, some products may be produced in a factory where nuts and peanuts are used and therefore contamination of these products may occur. Although we will take care due and attention when
preparing food, Kiss Kiss Ltd cannot therefore guarantee that all products are always nut free and peanut free, and therefore you shall not hold Kiss Kiss Ltd liable for any allergic reactions a student may suffer from
our provision of catering services. By signing the below you agree to release Kiss Kiss Ltd of all and any liability incurred in the provision of school catering services to the above named students.
