Golf Program
The Golf Program is designed to
teach golf skills to the Developmentally challenged individuals ages 12
and older. Siblings and parents are
welcome to participate and learn the
game of golf . The training sessions
focuses on 6 Golf Skills. Short Putt,
Long Putt, Chip Shot, Pitch Shot, Iron
and Driver. The Program is designed
to learn the skills essential to play
the game of Golf. After skills are developed the participant passes a
skills test they can begin to play 9
holes alternate shot format with a
partner who is familiar with the
game. Participants can also participate in Skills Tournaments where
they along with other teams compete in Skills Competition based
Tournaments as well as Partner Alternate Shot Competitions.
