Draw Dates
Early Bird Draw – February 1, 2017 - $15,000 and $5,000
Grand Prize Draw – March 15, 2017 - $20,000 and 5 prizes of $1,000
Monthly Draws – One draw of $1,000 - From April to August
Tickets are $100 Ea. Winning tickets go back into the drum for future draws. Winning tickets will be
eligible for only one prize on each of the draw dates. Lottery tickets sold under license in Ontario must
not be advertised, offered for sale, sold or ordered outside of Ontario. (See Terms and Conditions
below) Winners will be contacted by phone and their names published at www.stpats.ca. License No.

St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation 2017 Lottery single ticket price is $100.00. Only 2,000
tickets will be printed.
All persons participating in the St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation 2016 Lottery must be a
minimum of 18 years of age.
Deadline to purchase lottery tickets for the Early Bird Draw is January 27th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
The Early Bird Draw will be held on February 1st, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Home of
Ottawa, 2865 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1V 8N5.
Deadline to purchase lottery tickets for the Grand Prize Draw is February 24th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
St. Patrick’s Grand Prize Draw will be held on March 15th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s
Home of Ottawa, 2865 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1V 8N5. All monthly draws will take
place the third Wednesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa, 2865
Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1V 8N5.
The St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation 2017 Lottery tickets are non-refundable and nontransferable. All tickets are final sale.
Ticket requests will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis.
All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
A ticket is not considered purchased until a verified financial transaction is complete. Ticket
requests with cheques returned for insufficient funds will be automatically voided. The
Foundation will invoice persons $30 to cover NSF administrative costs.
A full list of winning ticket numbers will be posted within a reasonable period of time on the
website at www.stpats.ca and at St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation. Prize winners will be
notified by mail and/or phone.
10. The St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation 2017 Lottery ticket purchases are not tax
deductible and no charitable donation receipt will be issued, as per Canada Revenue Agency
regulations.
11. Purchase of tickets for the St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation 2017 Lottery entitles the
Foundation to publish and publicize winner’s names and/or photos, at its discretion.
12. Employees and Board of Directors of the Foundation are not eligible to purchase tickets for the
St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa Foundation 2017 Lottery.
13. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the mailing address on their ticket is correct.
14. After each draw the winner is recorded and the ticket stub goes back into the ticket drum for all
subsequent draws.
15. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.
