KJS WATER PLAY ACTIVITIES - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers participating in KJS Entertainment Water Play activities acknowledge these
activities may expose them to a greater than normal risk of injury. Customers therefore
agree upon entry to the Water Tag, Water Ball and/or Paddle Boat areas, the owners and
operators of KJS Entertainment shall not be liable for any injury to persons and property and
forgo any legal rights whatsoever and howsoever incurred, including but not limiting to
omission act of negligence, default, breach of contract, or other act of any kind.
Children must be 4yrs and over to participate in Water Tag, Water Ball and/or Paddle Boat
activities.
Children 12 years and under must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult 18+
years of age.
The accompanying adult(s) is responsible for the supervision and safety of their
child/children.
KJS Entertainment promotes the following values which upon entry to the Water Tag, Water
Ball and/or Paddle Boat areas; You agree to respect:

Play Fair and be a good Sport
Create a Safe & Healthy Environment
Respect the Water Play equipment and other participants
Follow instructions from KJS Staff at all times while in the Water Play areas
Bullying or rough behaviour will NOT be tolerated.
Upon entry to the Water Tag, Water Ball and/or Paddle Boat areas You confirm that You
have considered the risks associated with participating.
KJS Entertainment will handle any personal information You provide to it, in accordance
with its privacy policy. The Centre’s privacy policy details can be obtained from the KJS
Entertainment website, www.kjsentertainment.com.au
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONTENT
The KJS Entertainment website and Facebook page contains information and materials
including but not limited to text, software, photos, video, graphics and audio. Collectively
“Materials” which are derived by video, digital camera, security cameras and webcams.
Customers should be aware that when you attend a KJS Entertainment Water Play event,
digital images including stills and video may be taken of you while you are within the Water
Tag, Water Ball and/or Paddle boat areas. These images are sometimes used in our
advertising material and on our website or Facebook page to promote KJS Entertainment as
a venue. If at any time you see an image or video containing your image and do Not wish
for it to be used, You may immediately contact KJS Entertainment in writing and request
that it not be used. KJS Entertainment management will then remove your image from any
future advertising and the KJS Entertainment website and our Facebook page.
