Materials Needed:
Half-gallon ice cream container, material to cover the ice cream
container, glue gun, rick rack, felt, jewels, yarn, pom-poms, etc…
Directions:
 Take a half-gallon ice cream container and cover the outside
with material. Hot glue the material to the inside of the ice
cream container. If you are making a crown you may want
to gather the material and glue it in place around the ice
cream container and then glue the material to the bottom.
You can put material so it covers the inside as well and then
it really looks like a hat.
 Once you have your material in place it is time to decorate.
For a kings crown you can add rick rack, for a queens crown
you could add jewels, for a magician’s hat you could add
stars, for a jesters hat you could add yarn with pom-poms,
for animals you could add ears etc…let your children be as
creative as can be!
