Vergesig House (Garden Ceremony) Seats up to 35 guests The formal gardens of Vergesig House are picture perfect! Ready for your elegant wedding. Kendal Manor House (Garden Ceremony) Seats up to 35 guests This beautiful area is situated under our vines, next to the pool side. Kendal House (Garden Ceremony) Seats up to 35 guests We have stunning landscaped gardens and a gorgeous patio area surrounded by trees and a swimming pool. ◦ We charge a R50.00 corkage FEE ◦ Alcohol is available on request (list to be supplied) ◦ Juice per jug is R60.00 each ◦ Gratuity is 10% of the TOTAL Bill ◦ Décor is for the Brides own account ◦ Table linen also needs to be provided by the bride ◦ VERY NB: Music is the client’s responsibility and only permitted until 11pm as we are in a residential area ◦ Children aged 4 - 12 will be charged at half price ◦ Evertsdal Guesthouse does not allow any outside catering ◦ The menu must be confirmed 3 weeks prior to the function date ◦ You will receive a menu list from where you can choose your menu ◦ We can cater for Halaal and Vegetarian meals at a Surcharge ◦ You may start set up at 08h00 on the day of the function or on the day before the function but only by prior arrangement with the Guesthouse ◦ All décor must be removed from the venue the day after the function before 09h00 unless other arrangements have been made with management ◦ Décor deliveries to be received by client at venue.
