From our location near Times Square we’re ready to explore the city. We’ll
begin with a stop at the Empire State Building. From the top of the building
that was the world’s tallest for 40 years, our view over this bustling city will be
breathtaking. Our day continues with a narrated tour in Lower Manhattan.
Learn about the history of Chinatown, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, and more.
We’ll pay our respects at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. The evening is set
aside for exploration on your own. New York has something for everybody, and

Day 3 - Sat, Sept 30
Manhattan / Broadway Play
This morning we’ll tour Upper Manhattan. See Times Square, Rockefeller
Plaza, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, Central Park, and more.
Explore on your own this afternoon. There are over 400 art galleries in N.Y.
and 150+ museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The grand
finale on this day will come after another Times Square dining experience
when we all gather to attend an award-winning Broadway Play. Meals: B, D

Day 4 - Sun, Oct 1
One World Trade Center, NY
Ellis Island / Travel Home
The time has come to end our journey, but not before we take in yet another
highlight. After checking out of the hotel, we’ll head for the harbor and board
a ferry for a ride past the Statue of Liberty. Continue on to Ellis Island and
visit the immigration museum. Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the airport
for the flight back home. You’re sure to bring home stories of great sites, great

GUEST PROTECTION PLAN
Our Guest Protection Plan consists of a Cancellation Fee Waiver administered by
Landmark Tours and Post Departure Insurance Benefits administered by Aon Affinity Berkely Travel
Cancellation Fee Waiver
Trip Cancellation: With the purchase of the Landmark Tours Guest Protection
Plan, you may cancel your tour for any reason and receive a full refund of tour
payments as long as we are notified one day before your tour departs. Terms differ
for Alaska, Hawaii, and Ireland. Please see individual tour brochures for details.
Trip Interruption: If you must leave a tour early due to personal illness, or the
illness or death of a family member, you will receive a refund of any unused
portions of the tour package. Handling of return air transportation is included if
tickets were provided by Landmark Tours as a part of the tour package.

Complete details of the Guest Protection Plan and Description of Coverage
will be enclosed with your tour deposit receipt. You may also contact us prior
to purchasing the plan to request complete plan details. Certain exclusions and
limitations apply and are detailed in the Description of Coverage.
The Guest Protection Plan must be purchased with initial trip deposit and is nontransferable. GPP cost is FULLY REFUNDABLE until final payment date.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All tour deposits and tour payments are fully refundable before the Final
Payment Date. If you choose not to purchase the Guest Protection Plan, the
following per person Cancellation Fees will apply for all tours, except Alaska,
Hawaii, and Ireland:
61 days or more
60 to 31 days before departure
30 to 15 days before departure
14 to 1 day before departure

Exclusions
Landmark Tours reserves the right to alter its Refund and Cancellation Policy
when a significant amount of cancellation or interruption of travel are due
to conditions caused by an act of God, civil disorder, government action, outbreak
of disease man made or natural disasters, fire, war, unavailability of services or
transportation through no fault of Landmark Tours. Should such a rare exclusion ever
be made, those passengers who purchased the Guest Protection Plan will be issued
credit valid for use on any Landmark Tours package that departs within one year of
original tour registration.
Post Departure Insurance Benefits are administered by Aon Affinity Berkely Travel. Aon Affinity is
the brand name for the brokerage and program administration of Affinity Insurance Services, Inc.;
