What’s a serving?
We’re giving serving guides on our birds
in the order form this year – a serving is
about 250g per person for one meal and
does not allow for seconds or leftovers,
so if you want some nice turkey meat for
sandwiches or a fricassee, always order a
little more than you think you need.
