(Segment 4: Canada/The World: What Do We Do Now?)
Wow, I’m back. Let me get ready for this segment. My name is Bryan. And yes, it’s
April the 30th, year 2017. This is a… This topic is a very serious topic for the future of
mankind. And I need your help. I’m going to need your help to get this message out to
many. And you will know what to do. And I’ve made a statement on the website, what I
need you to do.
So, Segment 4: the world… And I’m taking some… a break from doing the broadcast.
And a lot has happened. And so, yes, there are nine points. I really want to focus on
protecting the world, protecting the United States, Canada, everybody. And creating a
understanding, a truth understanding, a direction that we should all be going and
thinking about.
And so, firstly… The relationship between the United States and Canada… It appears
to be okay at this point. But ten days, it’s not going to be good. Ten days from now, it’s
not going to be the best relationship. I know that. And so, what we need to understand
is how to respond… how to respond to aggressive statements. And we can only
respond with calmness. And before we respond, we have to think about it clearly. And
take three days to think about it.
And what’s really important to understand, is that we, as Canadians, we have a very
special role. And that role is still yet to be defined or accepted. But God has already
defined that role.
And so, what we need to consider… Points to consider…
•
For example, if Canadian politicians speak poorly against the current USA
administration: not a smart… it’s not a smart move. Because they are, on a DNA
program: they are programmed to destroy anyone who speaks against them. So,
don’t do it.
•
There is another point of concern… If the Canadian government provides any sort
of financial assistance to the softwood lumber industry… So, we’re going to talk
about that.
•
We’re going to talk about if Canada does not support the US administration,
reference to the North Korean crisis. And we’re going to talk about that.

And if the USA administration cannot take control of Canada’s oil and gas Arctic
development project… We’re going to talk about that.

And if Canada increases its trade with other countries… And we’re going to talk
about that too.
•
And if Canada does not allow Québec to separate… This, we’re going to talk about.
So, we’re going to talk about these points. And we’re going to go deep right now.
So remember: the Canadian politicians really need to be careful with what they say.
The truth is, when we take a look at the spiritual laws of God, we take a look at sowing
and reaping, we take a look at the 100% free will incarnation… We are in the sowing
and reaping. And so, we are to reap good things. Canada is to reap good things. So,
over the next 10 to 20 years: no province of Canada owes the United States any bad
economic karma. And if you can discern this: discern it. It is true.
So, I say to the Prime Minister, I say to all Members of Parliament: if you have the
Christ in you, you will know that what I speak of today is all true. So, we don’t need to
be foolish and come back with very poor remarks. Because the US DNA program says,
their behaviour program says, “Uh-uh. I caught you. Because you bad-mouth me, I can
now get you for a billion dollars.” Canada: if you want to keep the billion, speak kind
words. The billion is only an example. It could be $10. But if you don’t want to lose
anything: speak kind words. Dig your heals in. Move slowly. And it will resolve itself.
I’ve discerned that all Members of Parliament should be given a mandate not to speak
against the United States’ administration. Even to the point if one does, if one’s been
told not to do it: they should be dismissed from their position as Member of Parliament.
That’s how serious this situation is, on a spiritual level. It’s extremely, extremely
serious.
And when I do this broadcast: I’m not doing this to become famous. I’m not doing this
to entertain anyone. I have a gift to discern.
And the one that speaks foolishly against United States, causing the administration to
come after Canada: that one, in all cases, does not have any loyalty to Canada. So,
I’m asking all Members of Parliament to be kind with your words. And protect this
country. And be strong. And only deal with the truth. And only be prepared to receive
truth, absolute truth. And don’t sell the soul of Canada to anyone.
He says the Canadian government must avoid releasing its financial statements to any
foreign government. There’s a big picture. I’ve mentioned this before. And this is
really, really important. Because there’s a lot of jealous people out there. Not only that:
there’s a lot of people that, once they know that we’re doing pretty good, they’re going
to say, hey, let’s start buying them more stuff. “I’m going to sell you $10 billion worth of

military equipment.” They’re going to get us into a position where we are no longer
capable of maintaining the position of peace negotiator. Instead of participating in
peace discussions: we send young, middle-aged, now older people off to war. And this
should never happen. This should not take place.
This softwood lumber situation will resolve itself because we do not have any bad
economic karma. Period. And that’s why we got to move slowly. And there’s other
reasons why you got to move slowly. Because I can’t talk about that. But there’s,
“Move slowly.”
Third point… North Korea. He says the current leader of China has an oath to protect
North Korea. It’s just like Putin has a oath to protect Assad. But that oath is kind of
unwinding right now. And so, if the United States goes into Syria and they make plans
of taking over the oilfields or whatever, Putin’s going to say, “No, you can’t do that.”
Because Putin’s spiritual contract is to make sure that doesn’t happen. On top of that,
it’s Russia’s responsibility to bring law and order into Syria. We’re not really supposed
to intervene. We’re not supposed to do that. He says I can now talk about it. Thank
You.
He says that the deal: something can be struck with North Korea. It’s a very simple
deal with Kim Jong-Un. He can be stopped. What does he want? He wants all
sanctions lifted. But he’s also… He made an oath to his dad that he would help his
people to be set free. But on another flip-side: he has another personality where if the
people were to die in his country, he doesn’t care.
But in order to stop this missile testing, nuclear development, and so on… which they
don’t have the technology right now, consistently, to shoot off long-range missiles. They
don’t have it right now. People who are close in the intelligence field: they know that.
But we don’t want to believe that they do have it. We call this fake news. We don’t
want to believe that because it’s not true. They don’t have that capability.
China has agreed to support North Korea. They have to. They have an oath. But you
can strike a deal with China that says, “Okay so, we’ll do a deal. And we’re going to…
First thing we’re going to do: we’re going to end the war. We’re going to end the
original Korean War. We’re going to sign a treaty that ends it. And then, we’re going to
lift sanctions off North Korea. But China, you have to agree that, if North Korea starts
acting up, and they are a threat to the region: we will be allowed to come in and stop
them. But you’re not allowed to do anything.” In a nutshell, that’s the deal. That’s the
way it’s written.
It is not written for us to have a pre-emptive strike into North Korea. It is not written that
way. So, governments should not accept this as policy or procedure. And it would be in
the best interest of everyone for the US… this is what I’ve discerned… to move
everything back away from North Korea. Get rid of the missiles. Get rid of everything.
And sit down.

Better with another country: it’s better to do it with another country. And to negotiate
this. I mean, many countries… We can choose different countries to do it. So many
countries: Germany, France, England, Canada, Japan. These countries can sit down
and negotiate this deal. It has to be applied with common sense. And no one should
bully anyone.
We need to understand. We really need to understand how to go inside of the head of
the North Korean leader. And the only country he wants to really get even with is
Japan. He doesn’t want to harm South Korea. He doesn’t want to really send any
missiles to the United States. He doesn’t want to do that. So, the big issue he has is
with Japan. And so, you have to deal with the issue of a new treaty signed, ending war
between the two countries. That’s what needs to be done. Outside that, everything’s
nonsense.
We cannot afford to accept any distorted of truth that will lead, take us into World War
III. And if the United States thinks that China’s just going to sit back in their lawn chairs,
smoking cigars, and just watch the missiles go over North Korea, and do nothing: it
ain’t going to happen.
And we cannot have this mentality, on a conscious level, subconscious level, that, “Hey,
let’s go for broke. Let’s try and get 20 cents on the dollar. Let’s negotiate our debt.” It’s
like someone who’s in trouble, they burn their building down. Metaphorically, that’s
what’s going on in the United States right now. “Let’s burn the building down, wipe out
their debt, and let’s start over. Let someone else pay the debt.” No. This should not be
allowed. Not with billions of lives at risk.
Fourth… If the United States administration cannot take control of Canada’s oil and gas
Arctic development… The first thing I’ve discerned: that the pipeline to the US and
Vancouver area should be built together. I know, I’ve had people sending me…
Environmentalists, they’ve sent me notes, emails about how wrong this is. But this is
part of the matrix. It has to happen. We can only hope that the valves, the safety
valves are placed apart correctly so if there is an oil spill, they can get to it very quickly,
shut off the valves.
But the United States does owe Canada bad economic karma, as it relates to the Arctic
development. And so, they have to pay that, which means that they must allow Canada
to actually develop the Arctic, on how they choose to develop the Arctic. The United
States is not able to pass their economic bad karma to Canada or to any other country.
When I look at the spirit realm: if we don’t understand this, then Canada’s going to be in
trouble. And I love this country. I love everyone. But I don’t want to see someone
doing something where they are forced to do something against their will. Canada
should not be forced to do anything against its will.

He’s saying part of the international instability, in the last 101 days, is the fact that the
USA administration does not want to pay their bad karma. Of course, they’re going to
think I’m absolutely crazy. But those who have the Christ attached to them, they’re
going to say, “Yeah, you know what? It makes sense.” Even if you put all the spiritual
stuff to the side, and you take a look at actually what’s going on, the direction it’s going,
“Yeah, Bryan’s correct. It makes sense. Yeah, what are we going to do? It makes
sense.” Move slowly: that’s what you’re going to do. Next six months, you should
move very slow. I mean slow.
The fifth… Tensions with United States if Canada increases its trade with other
countries... So, that was a general discernment that I started off with. Then, I said,
“Okay, what are we talking about?” He says, we are speaking mostly of Canada, in the
future, increasing oil and gas trade with other countries. Okay fine.
And I asked, “What other country?” It was China. It was China. So, Canada does have
an obligation now to trade with China in the future. Of course, that makes sense, right?
It absolutely makes… If you got a pipeline going to Vancouver, are you going to trade
with Ontario? Not really. But you could. The pipelines allow it to happen. But yes…
But you know what I’m talking about. It has to be built because there is a karmic…
good karma contractual spiritual agreement that Canada has with China.
But because the United States harmed Canada in the 100% free will incarnation, it’s lost
that privilege to get access to that oil in the future. And so, there’s an issue here… a
subconscious issue… maybe a conscious issue… with the current US administration, is
that the main issue: they want to see Canada’s economy to be weak, to take us over.
And I’m sitting back. I love United States. And I know this is not the will of the general
people. This is the will of a very small handful of people. Because the United States, I
mean, I love them. And the last thing that I want to see is this country to be harmed in
any way or destroyed. But what I can do is offer advice, information where they will be
saved. There’s a potential that they may be saved if people who have the authority
make the right moves.
The sixth… Tensions with USA admin if Canada does not allow Québec to separate.
Wow. See, I have the privilege to see what happened in other incarnations in the
matrix, outside the matrix. So, what I’m saying may appear to be crazy today. But
tomorrow, you will likely say, “Bryan was right.” This usually happens. When I’m
looking at science, and I’m discerning things in science… And I will have the
professor… You know, he’ll look at me and he says, “You know, no, that doesn’t make
sense.” Twenty minutes later, going back and forth, asking the right questions, he then
agrees, “Yes, what you’re saying is correct.” But based on what science understands at
that moment, I was wrong. And then, if I come up with something in the body about a
gene, about a cell, whatever… Within five years, someone writes this information.
Then, they come and bring the article to me and they say, “Bryan, you already…

Remember that session we had together? We discussed that.” And I said, “I know.”
But I’m not… It’s not my ego. I don’t care about that. I’m here to help.
So, this is like a science project. What I’m saying: it’s going to seem crazy, not correct
at this point. But it will come to pass that what I’m saying is true.
And I’m still waiting for McGill University to invite me to a one-day exploratory session.
I’m still waiting. Okay? I mean, I’ve got time.
So, the current administration, US, benefit… that they can have a benefit if Québec
separates. Yeah, they can have access, control to oil, gas, energy, hydro-electric.
They could build a very large USA military base. Yes. And they can cause the rest of
Canada to break up, where the US can take different provinces over.
Can you imagine? Thing about it. That your son from Ontario is going off to kill
someone’s son in Québec? I mean, this is the epitome of narcissism. Can you
imagine? It was bad enough that we had to go through the Plains of Abraham. It was
bad enough that, throughout history, the Acadians were kicked out. Why the “H” would
we want to put ourselves through that again, to create such division in this country,
because somebody else wants to have dominance, power? We need to keep this
country pure. And we cannot give in to something that is not true.
I ask the Canadian government to work with the media. And know, and know that CNN
and the other stations… MSNBC. That’s it: MSNBC. He’s saying, “CNN and MSNBC.”
Both of them: they do not give out fake news, particularly in the last 100 days. If they
said something that was not correct, they did not intend to do that. They would have
been misled. So, I’m asking the Canadian government to be careful with the
information that you hear. CNN and MSNBC: they are not releasing… they are not
releasing fake news. I’ve discerned this. If they were, I would be saying otherwise. We
must be wise.
The seventh point… What will allow the United States to take over and split, conquer
Canada? And this is not anti-American. There’s no way. I absolutely love this country.
And the Americans love us. The true Americans love us. And the true Canadians love
Americans. This is not a country-to-country situation. It’s a individual situation that has
lost some sense of truth, compassion, reality.
He’s saying Canada must keep very strong ties with every French government
administration. And we should not make any open statements about any one particular
government of France, if they are elected, that they will create problems. We should not
be making these statements. It doesn’t matter who gets in. To keep this country
together, we need to work with that government. And don’t anticipate what you think is
going to happen. Don’t assume. That relationship between France and Canada being
strong is very important to keep Québec strong with Canada. Very important.

So, don’t get caught up with this Euro exit. I mean, remember: I called it with Britain. I
kind of warned you that Britain was going to pull out. You didn’t listen. But when they
did, you go, “Oh, he was right.” I know what’s going to happen in the future with France.
But I can’t tell you. Because it’s part of the matrix. But what I can say: it’s wise to
embrace whatever government gets elected. And that we should not interfere, on any
level, with their elections. And no government… no government… should interfere with
those elections, with the next run off.
We have to stay together, this country… Government to fund alternative science
energy research projects. I’m not saying this because of my scientific gift. It’s not a
self-interest. This is what we need to do: we need to research alternative energy. This
is so important. Québec has so much raw materials that they’re not using that can be
used for alternative energy, particularly in the area of batteries. It’s amazing. We need
Québec.
And we need to keep, extremely strong, our ties with the European economic... What’s
the word? Group. He says, “Group.” He’s showing me, “Group,” all of them together.
We need to stay strong with Europe.
And He’s saying that oil and gas developments being done with the federal government
and with countries out of Europe… We’re changing… We’re changing the matrix. We
are going to reap good things.
But He’s saying three years from now, 2021… Year 2021, we will have to tighten our
borders on immigration. It’s going to come. We have to be a country that is not
perceived as being the dumb cousin, of being gullible.
And we must be slow, slow, slow to respond. And as we move slower, the true intent
becomes unraveled before you make your final decision. Move slow.
The eighth… The eighth point… To our Prime Minister. It’s going to take you… He’s
saying, from the time that you get this message, it’s going to take you about ten days to
fully accept what is being said, on a soul level. And I ask that you have someone close
to you listen to my broadcast, every broadcast, and provide you with a report each time.
And I will come to Ottawa. And I will address Ottawa. I will speak to you. I will speak to
your caucus, particularly on foreign policies, foreign affairs. I will say things that I can’t
say on the radio. But I will say in that room. Because I love this country.
I’m asking you as the Prime Minister… I’m asking you: make this country first. Make it
first and you will be rewarded by God. We know… we know the history of having
soldiers come back from war, very recently. We know many of them who commit
suicide. And so many people are trying to understand, from a failed textbook approach,
why these people commit suicide. How can a man… how can a man go off to war, lose

his soul, and accept what he has done, and feel comfortable with himself? And how
can we be quick to put that same man in that position?
We must be slow, slow, slow to respond. And make peace our first priority. But at the
same time, recognize that when you commit these individuals to war, you are saying to
yourself that you are prepared to come back and have the same human experience.
But the matrix is different for war. For example, you get to have the experience right
around. So, you go off to war, cause someone to lose a leg: you come back and you
get diabetes, you have your leg amputated. That’s a karmic disease. It’s not curable in
most cases because the karma has to be paid. You got to lose your leg. Then okay, so,
you force people to go to war, for example. So, you come back and you have a son.
And your son is forced to go to war by a government. And your son comes back with
both limbs missing. So, you get to have that experience of what you put other people
through. But you get the whole gamut of what every member in that family experienced.
You come back to have that same experience. And I say to you: would you ever want
to have that experience? It’s not worth it.
The North Korean crisis can be solved. These discussions on North Korea, Syria: it
should not be a open, casual forum by any government to release whatever they feel
like releasing, at the moment of whatever they’re doing. It should be behind closed
doors. It should be secret. It should have compassion. It should be infused with truth.
It should have the people who know the history of the topic to be in that room, to know
the truth. Get some historians to come into your office to talk about the North Korean
War. What was the history behind it? Learn the complete history. And you’ll know how
to solve the problem.
But the problem has to be dealt with China. For the United States to go alone and deal
with North Korea by itself: it would be an act that is unspeakable.
And I’m asking the Prime Minister of Canada to do what you can, even with the Chinese
government. And see if they will do something to stop the North Koreans, to encourage
them to sign a treaty that officially ends the war between Japan and North Korea. And
make a deal that:

If the United States pulls their military back, make a deal that North Korea will stop
all missile firing.
And get that agreement signed between… again between Japan and North Korea.
And have China be part of that agreement.
And have that agreement held up in a international court.
And have China agree that if North Korea violates it, they will have so many days to
change their course of action, allowing the Chinese to intervene and try to persuade
the North Koreans to stop whatever they’re doing to bring war, to stop it. Then,
after that time period, then we get permission from China to go in.

But to think that we’re just going to go in and send troops, and align submarines to fire
nuclear missiles: this would be unspeakable. And it’s unspeakable to think that we
could do this, that with all our intelligence, our education, our wisdom that we have
succumbed to this point, that so many intelligent people on this planet can’t figure this
out. They can’t figure it out.
And I will come to Ottawa. I’m not anti-Catholic, anti-Jew, anti-American, anti-Syrian,
anti-government. I’m only a messenger. And Mr. Prime Minister: the world needs your
help. But like I said, it’s probably going to take you about ten days. And you’ll know
what to do. You’ve got the best intelligence in the world. CSIS is the best. Even
members of CSIS don’t believe that. But they are. I can discern every intelligence
agency. CSIS: the way they work is the best. And they can get the information that
you need to deal with every possible issue that we have discussed today to protect this
country.
Okay, let me see if there’s anything else. Let me discern. One moment please…
We did very well. So, I asked, I discerned, “Was there anything that I said in this entire
broadcast that was untrue?” The answer came back, “No.” So, if you can discern:
you’ll discern that’s true. And I asked the Father, “Are You 100% proud of me?” And
He came back, “Yes.” And you can discern that.
So, I say to our Prime Minister: I spoke the truth. And I’m praying that God will give you
the wisdom to know what to do with this information. And work with the good people
that’s around… that really is around you. And work with the media. And make this
country proud. Thank you.

Well, you know its truth; it just went by very quickly. Okay? It’s very quickly. And so,
it’s quite an experience today for all of you. And it’s going to take you three days to

didn’t realize he said that.” It’s just like reading the Bible, “I didn’t realize that was in
there.” Because why? Because it’s truth.

I’m not sure. This would be a… He’s saying, “Yeah, emergency broadcast.” So, if I
have to do a emergency broadcast, based on what’s going on around the world, I may
have to do that. If everything’s pretty quiet and I’m not supposed to, we’ll talk again
May 28th. But we will give you ample warning. Just watch Saturday morning… just look
at the… Every Saturday morning, you will see if there’s going to be a show on the next
Sunday. But I’m hoping that I can get another break. I do need it, with everything I’m
doing. So, May 28th is tentatively the next broadcast. But it may be sooner.
