Entries accepted Tuesday from Noon to 9 PM.
Exhibits must be an original of the exhibitor. No numbered paintings, copy, trace or kits permitted.
Exhibits must not have been previously shown in Quarryville.
No article can be entered in more than one class, nor take more than one premium.
In any class, judges reserve the right to withhold any or all awards if not merited.
Exhibits may not be removed before 10 PM Friday and must be removed by 8 AM Saturday.
Exhibits will be divided into four divisions based on the age of the exhibitor:
Div. 1 – age 10 & under • Div. 2 – age 11, 12, 13 • Div. 3 – age 14 – 18 • Div. 4 – age 19 & over

If framed, photos must be provided with cord or wire to facilitate hanging.

RULES
A display of paintings shall be considered as one article.
Only one entry per exhibitor per class.
All entries must be fastened securely for hanging. This is for the protection of the artworks and also for the safety of the visitors.
NO STRING OR TAPE (any artwork which falls before judging because of insufficient attachments will not be judged.

5. All entries will be judged on the following basis:
A. Content of the artwork
B. The quality of the total presentation (that is – is the work attractively presented?)
6. Exhibit classes (one 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize will be awarded in each class of each division)

7. There will be a display table for all children under 8 years old to show one work of their choice. The works will not be judged for prizes, but will be given a ribbon of display. This will give children an opportunity to gain experience showing their work.
