Daily Objective: Students will learn to conjugate irregular verb “TENER” and its use
TEKS/AP/Standards: (C) – Communication, Student presents information using
familiar words, phrases, and sentences to listeners and readers.
How will we learn it?
Learning Activities:
 Opening: Students will receive feedback from Chapter Test
 Students will organize binder for Binder check next class.
 Students will take notes on present tense of “TENER” (to have)
 Oral practice of “TENER”
How will we tell if we’re learning it correctly?
Assessment Methods: Quiz present tense “TENER” next week
Checks for Understanding: ask students to give answers aloud.

Materials: grammar notes handout, binder
