RULES and INFORMATION CONTESTS MISS & MISTER DEAF WORLD and EUROPE
Contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014, be held in year 2014 in
Prague Czech Republic from 11.July 2014 to 21.July 2014.

Mister Deaf and Boys
have to be old more than 18 year and not more than 28 year old in year 2014.

Maximum chest circumference 98 cm

Mister Deaf and Boys can participate world contests which have size:

170 cm
Maximum waist circumference 98 cm waist circumference is measured at the level of the navel .

Every contestant girl and contestant boy has to be deaf or hearing-impaired

Every contestant girl and contestant boy has to know sign language

Every contestant girl and contestant boy must send legibly filled application at the latest to the
25.March 2014 and also copied passport
G).
Passport must be valid yet at least 12 months from the date of sending to organizer.
H).
Every contestant girl and boy must not be married and also not to have a children.
CH).
Contestant girls and boys can only be reprezentative of the country, which have in passport or in
other traveling identification of marked their citizenship.
I).
Contestant girls and boys had to ourselves ensure in his country of personal insurance and instance
disease and damage for a travel all the time their participation in contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and
Europe 2014. Every girls and boys this insurance had to pays in own country before departure on
contest Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014.

Organizer hasn't no responsibility for financial potential costs of medical treatment, traveling insurance,
baggage of contestant girl and contestant boy.
b).
Contest Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 take part in only in due form elected Miss Deaf and
Mister Deaf in her own country. This title Miss Deaf and Mister Deaf not to be older than 12 months on
contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014
c).
Deaf girls and boys can participate competition Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 also in case of
when deaf girls and boys didn't obtain in his country title Miss Deaf and Mister Deaf own country.
Because till now competition Miss & Mister Deaf own country no organizer

1).
On world's contests Miss Deaf World 2014 and Miss Deaf Europe 2014 every contestant girl has to prepare her
free discipline also every girl will prepare her own suitable dress for this discipline.Free disciplines must not be
longer than not be longer than 1,5 minutes (90 seconds). In case of contestant girl would have accompanying
music. It must be music on CD or DVD. Contestant girl can use her free disciplines presentation also in video
projection of her country or city presentation, it must be on DVD and presentation must be as long as like girl
will show her free discipline.Presentation must not longer than 1,5 minutes (90 seconds). Incase of contestant
girl will prepare her free discipline music escort, girl have one CD or DVD spare music in case damage.

For Girls – Miss Deaf:
Every contestant girl has to take on contests at least one long evening dress with long length to down at the
grand. Also every contestant girl must have shoes for her long evening dress Every contestant girl will wear long
evening dress for ceremonial defilé in final contest, during the announcing the titles Miss Deaf World 2014 and
Miss Deaf Europe 2014.Every contestant girl has to take on contests one a decorated costume of their country.
3). For Boys –Mister Deaf:
Every contestant boy has to take on contests at least one dark or black evening dress, black shoes and white shirt
and black bow tie on defilé in final contest, during the announcing the titles Mister Deaf World 2014 and Mister
Deaf Europe 2014. Every contestant girl has to take on contests one a decorated white shirt and black bow tie.
Every contestant boy has to take on contests one a decorated costume of their country. Contestant boy do not
have a free discipline, but will instead of free discipline, fashion parades with in clothing from organizer contests.
4). Organizer will give to every contestant girl and boy swimsuit for her discipline promenade in swimsuit.Every
contestant girl and boy will get clothes for ceremonial opening contests from organizer of contests. Organizer of
contests will give to contestant girl and boy clothes for leisure in their of stay on contests. All these clothes which
girls and boys will get from organizer of contests, the girls and boys like a price of contests and all the clothing
also také home. When sending binding application to the contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014
contestant Miss Deaf and contestant Mister Deaf not pay anyfinancial entry fees. Organizer of contests have
ensure the hair styles and make-up for contestant girls and boys in finals contests. Professional hair stylist and
make-up is free.In case of girl or boy want to do hairdressing and make-up alone, organizer contest to allow.
5). Which country sends the application to the contests after date 25.March 2014 contestant Miss and Mister Deaf can
not have accommodation, soft drinks and food for free. Also contestant girl and boy will not get after date
25.March 2014 from organizer of contests an air ticket 30% for free to contests and back.Therefore do not leave
sending an application on contests 2014 for a last time.Organizer contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe in
2014 be pay each contestant girls and boys 30% financial air ticket. In year 2014 will be entered into the contest
more than 75 country from around world. In order each could get part funding for air ticket, organizer must
reduced 30% financial for air ticket in year 2014.
6). Together with binding application you have to send to the contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014
copied pasport of contestant girl Miss Deaf and contestant boy Mister deaf of your country 2 photos in high
quality of her figure in swimsuit and of her figure in dress. These photos have not to be older than 1 month and
girl and boy has not to have wig and not hairpiece.You have to take photos of contestant girl and boy how is her
real look in date of sending.Organizer contests can not to do anyone a visa secure every country have to secure
visa by oneself ! When the organizer of world contests announce country which will hosts for world contests
immediately you must ensure for visa your self country or you have to send letter to embassy country Czech
republic,where the world contest Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 be held in 2014.
7). In case of organizer of world contests find out that interest to organize Miss Deaf or Mister Deaf in their country
annualy or he/she will not send winning Miss & Mister Deaf of his country the world contests Miss & Mister Deaf
World and Europe, president of world contests Mr.Josef Uhlíř will cancel this country‘s certificate and he will newly
grant it to new holder in this country which will be annually to secure cooperation with Deaf Association of this
country and organizer contests Miss & MisterDeaf World and Europe and will organize annually contests Miss &
Mister Deaf in their country holder of the certificate refuse or have not.
8). From 2012 organizer of world contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe newly grant of all country new
certificate, which he organize contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe gradually sent to all country world. To
each holder in every country certificáte, every year will authorized, newly chosen Miss & Mister Deaf of every
country to sending to the contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe FREE.New Certificates will be issued and
sent issued all country, president contests Mr.Josef Uhlíř not later than 25.th December 2013.In case of contests
Miss & Mister Deaf not take place in the their country or not in this country so far none holder certificate, can in
cooperation with organizer contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe and president contest Mr.Josef Uhlíř
from this country register deaf girl and boy to the world contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 no
later than 25.March 2014 themselves.
9). In case contestant Miss and Mister Deaf in year 2014 to contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe in 2014 will
want with to come one chaperone, they will get one common room and two beds. Every chaperone (always from
each country one person) will have 3 times a day food, breakfast, noon snack, warm dinner, soft drinks and
common accommodation in high quality. Chaperone contestant Miss and Mister Deaf must know sign language.
In year 2014 Chaperone Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 but always only 1person must for himself pay
for stay at competitions in country Prague Czech republic from 11.July 2014 to the 21.July 2014 in B. account
organizer contests MISS DEAF Ltd. no later than10 March 2014 total of 1,060,-Euro or 1.470,-US Dolar.
10). Each contestant Miss and Mister Deaf who is attending contest Miss & Mister Deaf World a Europe 2014 and
would have free accommodation during the entire contests from 11.July to the 21.July2014 which contains three
times day food,free non alcoholic beverages, buses transport in country contest, some free clothing and 30% free
air ticket, must comply with established rules of contest. Contestant Miss and Mister Deaf who are attending
competition Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014,is prohibited by contest in year 214 in the future attend
any next other competition Miss and Mister for deaf or for hard of hearing girls and boys in the world. If any
contestant of girls and boys breach the rules competitions Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014, must pay

pay for organizer contests in year 2014 per each contestant girls and boys deaf, including 30% financial costs for
air ticket on contests and after competition back home.
11). Personal participation every deaf girls and boys in contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 it is mainly
honour that she can represent her country on the world contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014.
Girls and boys deaf in the contest Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 which arriving to contests in year
2014 of have all free is mainly because each contestant girls and boys got in her country the honour to represent
her country and represent all deaf people their country on world contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe
2014! Therefore every contestant deaf girls and boys of each country where she comes from participate in the
world contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014 not only for herself, but represent mainly her country
on the largest compete for all deaf and hearing impaired girls and boys the in world !!
12). Chaperone contestant of girls and boys must pay on contest home themselves air ticket. In case of contestant
girl and boys would like to go by plane on contests and back to home with chaperone, must contestant Miss and
Mister Deaf to write organizer of world contest e-mail:[email protected] which will send back
Miss and Mister Deaf and chaperone account and financial amount how much money to send Miss or Mister for
his 70% financial its the air ticket and how much must send chaperone for its 100% financial its air ticket.
When contestant Miss and Mister or chaperone sends a B. account organizer contest: MISS DEAF Ltd. IČ
28504054 DIČ CZ 28504054 no later than 25. March 2014 financial his airline ticket, send them a contest
organizer same airline ticket for chaperone, which have contestant girl for. Organizer always will solve air ticket
written requests with each country personally, according to price of every country air ticket, which the organizer
will secure and buy for every contestant girls and boys or chaperone.
13). In year 2014 organizer not secure any airline ticket for other person who will want to come also competition
Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014, everyone other people must secure their own air ticket himself.
Organizer contest will be in agreement with each country ensure air ticket only for contestant Miss and Mister
Deaf or when some a country will want, also one chaperone girls or boys.
14). Every chaperone have enough time from announcement competition Miss & Mister Deaf World and Europe 2014
for securing finance in their country. In case of chaperone will not have for themselves enough financial, no
problem, contestant girl and boys each country can arrive alone to world contests Miss & Mister Deaf World and
Europe 2014. Organizer 100% will each contestant girls and boys waiting for them at the airport and railway
station or bus station at their arrival and all contestants girls and boys from around the world for all ensuring
transportation to hotel of organizer contest free, where competing girls and boys from around the world
throughout your stay contest, everyone accommodation and food free. Therefore it is not necessary have
someone concerns he was going deaf girls and boys arrive the contest itself, because organizer contest to also
all the contestant girls and boys free after contest back to airport or train or bus station, for th departures and
departure contestant deaf girls and boys after contests back home. Therefore contestant Miss and Mister Deaf
entire duration of the competitions be in good care.
15). In the event some that contestant girls and boys not will want to respect rules contest year 2014 must the
alone pay in year2014 for his person contest which contains three times day food,free non alcoholic beverages,
buses transport in country contest, some free clothing and guality accommodation altogether 1.360,-Euro or
1.880,-US Dolar and alone the must also pay 100 % air ticket on contests and after competition back home.
