Performance Standard Reports are Section 16. 19 QIES Workbench (QW) Browser-based ad hoc query tool Designed for ad hoc customized reporting Selectively retrieve and format data from the QIES National Database Two Main Types of Data: Provider and Survey and Certification Data MDS, OASIS, IRF-PAI, LTCH and Swing Bed assessment data 20 QW (continued) Three Output Types Extracts, Detail Reports & Summary Reports. Detail and summary reports display data in PDF files suitable for printing. Extracts create data output in fixed width, comma-delimited or tab-delimited text files suitable for export to Microsoft Excel or other data manipulation applications. Detail reports display data at the record level, with a row for each record of data. Summary reports analyze data at a higher level; providing counts, averages, totals.
