gambling. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement. We also reserve the right to take
preventative measures to protect your account and the credit union’s assets against the potential risk of loss by declining authorization requests
from time to time based on one or more criteria including geographic areas, merchants or transaction types that we believe may present a
heightened risk of loss.

regardless of whether there is a currency conversion. As a result, we charge you a Currency Conversion fee of 0.2% and a Cross Border

conversion. A cross-border transaction is a transaction processed through the Global Clearing Management System or the MasterCard Debit

SUMMARY OF RIGHT TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTATION OF TRANSACTIONS.
ATM and POS Terminal Transactions. You can receive a receipt at the time you make any Transaction to or from your account using an ATM or
POS Terminal.
Periodic Statements. You will receive a monthly statement of account unless there are no Transactions in a particular month and you do not have
a Checking or a Money Market account with us. In any case you will receive a statement of account at least quarterly.
RIGHT TO STOP PAYMENT. You are not permitted to stop payment on any purchase, cash withdrawal or cash advance you make through the
use of the Debit Card or ATM Card, subject to the provisions of applicable law.
PREAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION (TRANSFER).
Right to Stop Payment and Procedures for Doing So. If you schedule a preauthorized transfer to be made from your account to a third party
through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, you can stop payment of this transfer by calling us at 800-451-3477 or 610-374-8351 or
writing us at Riverfront Federal Credit Union, 430 South 4th St., Reading, PA 19602, in time for us to receive your request at least three (3)
business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. When you make the request, you must tell us the following information regarding the
transfer you want us to stop: your name, your credit union account number, the name of the payee, the exact amount of the transfer, the scheduled
transfer date. If you call, we may require you to put your request in writing within fourteen (14) days after you call. If we request and do not receive
your written confirmation, the oral stop payment order may cease to be binding fourteen (14) days after it was made. We may also require a copy of
your notice informing the payee that you have revoked the pre-authorized transfer. For ARC, BOC, RCK, POP, Single-Entry WEB, and TEL entries,
the stop payment order must be provided to us at such time and in such manner as to allow us a reasonable opportunity to act upon the stop
payment order prior to acting on the debit entry.
Liability for Failure to Stop Payment of Preauthorized Transfer. If you ordered us to stop a pre-authorized transfer to a third party as provided
above and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages, unless we require and do not receive written confirmation of an oral stop
payment request within the fourteen (14) days and the transfer takes place after fourteen (14) days, or you fail to give us proper instructions that
would enable us to stop the transfer. Our liability for losses or damages may be limited to actual damages you have sustained if the failure to stop
payment was due to a bona fide error, despite our procedures to avoid such errors.
OUR LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS. If we do not complete a Transaction to or from your Account on time or in the correct
amount according to our Agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be
liable, for instance:

If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough money in your Account(s), including accounts that you may have identified for
overdraft protection, to make the Transaction.

If the Transaction would go over the credit limit on your Express Line of Credit.

If the ATM or POS Terminal where you are making the Transaction does not have enough cash.

If the ATM or POS Terminal was not working properly and you knew about the breakdown when you started the Transaction.

If circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, flood, natural disasters or other acts of God, or by an electrical or systems failure,
prevent the Transaction, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken.

The funds in your Account are subject to legal process.

Your Debit Card or ATM Card has been reported lost or stolen or your Card privileges have been suspended and you are using the
reported Card.

We have reason to believe that the Transaction requested is unauthorized, illegal, or otherwise prohibited or restricted in accordance with
this Agreement. In any case, we shall only be liable for actual proven damages if the failure to make the Transaction resulted from a bona
fide error despite our procedures to avoid such errors.

There may be other exceptions stated in our Agreement with you.
LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY. UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR
DAMAGES FROM THE USE OF THE CARDS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES.
WE WILL ALSO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES FROM ANY PROGRAMS, SERVICES OR INSURANCE OFFERED
WITH THE ATM CARD OR DEBIT CARD OR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED USING ANY OF THE CARDS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED
IN THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES.

Riverfront Federal Credit Union, 430 South 4th St., Reading, PA 19602, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong, or if
you need more information about a Transaction listed on the statement of account or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we
sent you the FIRST statement of account on which the problem or error appeared. When you contact us, you must:

Tell us your name, account number and Debit Card or ATM Card number.

Describe the error or the Transaction you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you
need more information; and

Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.
If you notify us orally, we may require that you send us written confirmation of your complaint or question within 10 business days of receiving your
oral notice.
Upon receiving notice from you of an alleged error, we will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days of receiving such notice
and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we

decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your account in the amount of the alleged error within 10 business days of receiving the error notice, so
that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we have a reasonable basis for believing that an
unauthorized electronic fund transfer has occurred we may withhold a maximum of $50 (as referenced above) from the amount credited.
If we ask you to provide written confirmation of your oral notice of error, and do not receive such written confirmation within 10 business days of
your oral notice, we may not provisionally credit your account.
For errors involving new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or
question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error.
We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a
written explanation.
You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation
16. FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD REGULATION D TRANSACTIONS LIMITATIONS. Regulation D of the Federal Reserve Board permits you to
make no more than six transfers and withdrawals, or a combination of such transfers and withdrawals, per calendar month, from all credit union
savings-type shares (except checking) to another account of yours at the credit union, or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic
transfer, or telephonic agreement, or by check, draft, debit card or similar order made by you and payable to third parties. Automatic transfers from
Primary Savings to Checking to cover overdrafts also fall under the transfers limited to six per calendar month.
17. DEPOSITS.
Deposit Posting and Funds Availability. Deposits made at an ATM are posted to your Account according to the rules and regulations of that
Account and our funds availability policies. For the purpose of dividend calculations, the effective date of your deposit will be the actual date you
made the deposit at the ATM. We reserve the right to verify the items so deposited before such funds are made available to you; however, you may
withdraw against the amount posted up to the total amount of your deposit or $510, whichever is less. We may delay your ability to withdraw funds
you deposit by check an additional number of days according to our general funds availability policy when the amount of one or more checks
exceed $5,000. The amount of funds you can withdraw against deposits is limited by your daily withdrawal limit. When all of the deposited funds
become available, you may withdraw against the entire amount deposited up to the daily withdrawal limit.
Deposit Removal. Deposited items are removed from an ATM at the discretion of the ATM owner or its agent and may occur less frequently than
each business day.
Deposit Discrepancy. If there is a discrepancy between the amount you present to the ATM for deposit and the amount you have indicated to the
ATM, we will adjust your account to reflect the amount actually collected.
18. PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS.
Authorization Hold. When you use your Debit Card to make a purchase, the merchant may request an authorization for the transaction at the
time of the transaction. In certain circumstances the payment authorization system permits the merchant to request authorization for an amount that
may be more or less than the final amount of the transaction, which final amount may be unknown at the time of the transaction (e.g., a restaurant
may include in a transaction authorization request an amount sufficient to cover a tip). In connection with a purchase authorization request, we may
place a hold on your Account, including any available overdraft protection, as directed by the merchant at the time of the transaction. Once such a
hold is in place, the amount of the hold may not be available to pay any checks, Transactions or other withdrawal or transfer orders or requests that
you might make. The hold will be released when the merchant presents, and we process, the completion transaction, or three (3) business days
after the transaction date, whichever occurs first. As is the case with all purchases, your Account will be debited for the exact final amount of the
transaction. During the time that a hold is in place, you agree to be responsible for overdraft and return item fees as a result of eligible transactions
against insufficient funds in your account. You agree to release us from any liability for placing the hold on funds in your account in connection with
an authorization request as a result of a purchase you make. You further agree to release us from any and all liability in the event any merchant
delays or fails to complete the final processing of any purchase transaction that you have initiated with the merchant, and/or in the event any
merchant places an authorization hold against your account in error.
Transaction Dispute. If a valid purchase transaction occurs using your Debit Card and you have a dispute concerning the goods or services
purchased, we may assist you in resolving the dispute. This may involve submitting your claim to MasterCard or the STAR Network for review and
resolution. In the event we provisionally credit your account in connection with such dispute as outlined in this Agreement and your claim is
subsequently rejected, you agree to return to us, or we reserve the right to deduct from your account(s), the amount of any funds that we
reimbursed you.
19. OWNERSHIP. The Debit Card and ATM Card are property of the credit union. You agree to surrender the Card to us upon our request. The Debit
Card and ATM Card are nontransferable. We have the right to revoke or to refuse to issue or reissue any Card at any time, without cause or notice.
Your Debit Card or ATM Card privileges may be revoked if any of the accounts that are tied to the Debit Card or ATM Card become overdrawn.
20. CARD REPLACEMENT. If you need to replace your Debit Card or ATM Card for any reason, please contact us at 800-451-3477 or 610-374-8351
to request a replacement Card. You will be required to provide personal information which may include your credit union account number, Debit
Card or ATM Card number, full name, and transaction history. A fee applies to replace your Debit Card or ATM Card.
21. COLLECTIONS. If we have to take steps to collect any amount you owe us as a result of an overdraft or otherwise, or to enforce any of our rights
under this Agreement, you agree to pay reasonable collection and/or other costs incurred by us, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’
fees. State law restrictions may apply.
22. AMENDMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT. We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time, including changes to services. We will notify you
of the changes as required by law. Your use of the Debit Card or ATM Card or any additional service(s) after the effective date of change will
constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the change.
