Greenseal Pond Liner
EPDM 0.75mm
Greenseal is an EPDM liner of exceptional
quality and is produced in Sweden by
Trelleborg, our Butyl supplier. The material
has the same physical characteristics as Butyl
with a cost saving of some 30%.
Greenseal has been used extensively by
landscapers and civil engineers for lakes,
canals and reservoirs; it also offers good
flexibility for the more intricate pond designs
and is the perfect alternative to Butyl.

Butyl is the most expensive product for
pond lining, now superseded by our
Greenseal EPDM which is not only less
expensive but has better specifications.
Butyl is available in exactly the same widths
as Greenseal and is suitable for any project
where budget restrictions do not apply.

Geotextile Underlay
180gsm and 260gsm
Polypropylene Felt
TS60 and TS40 are mechanically bonded
non-woven geotextiles made of UV
stabilised polypropylene. Our geotextile
underlays offer exceptionally high
performance and provide a highly effective
protective barrier between substrate and
liner. We recommend that our underlay is
used beneath all our liners, not only to help
protect liners from penetration by sharp
stones, roots, etc, but also to reduce
excessive localised stretching of the liner.

Seaming Products and Accessories
Tapes and Adhesives
We stock a comprehensive range of tapes
and adhesives for joining sheets and
attaching rills and waterfalls. The simple
seaming process guarantees a watertight seal
and is also used on large commercial
projects.
Pipe Entries
The Firestone rubber Quickseam Pipe Boot
(lower left) fits various pipe penetrations from
25mm to 175mm. For all other diameters we
fabricate a ‘top hat’ section to suit. Splice
tape and primer are included for a watertight
seal.
Repair Kit
The Firestone rubber repair kit (lower right) is
ideal for small punctures and tears. The kit
includes two 150mm square patches, primer,
seam roller and protective gloves. A simple
application process ensures a watertight seal.

Tailor Made Liners
Box welded liners provide a neat solution
where vertical sides and corners would
result in ugly folds if a flat liner were
used. We have supplied tailored liners
for simple and complex formal ponds,
tanks, rills etc.
We fabricate to customer specifications
on supply of a dimensioned sketch – our
manufacturing is generally 3 to 5 days.
Water Tank Kits
and Replacement Liners
Our range of water tank kits spans
capacities from 1600 litres to nearly
150,000 litres. Typical applications include
rainwater storage for horticultural irrigation,
vats for koi storage and fish keeping, dirty
water and slurry etc. Constructed of heavy
galvanised steel sections with a rubber liner,
the tanks are easily erected on a firm level
site. Various liner qualities are available for
different water quality requirements. A
selection of kits is listed in the table below.

diameter and height dimensions.
