I. Beginning of Christianity
A. Romans controlled Judea where the Hebrews
had settled.
B. Some of the Hebrews did not like having the
Romans control them. The Romans
responded to the rumors of rebellion by
expelling the Hebrews from their homeland.
C. The Hebrews were scattered through out the
roman Empire-Diapsora 132 A.D.
D. At the time of Jesus Christ birth, many Jews
believed him to be the Messiah.
E. What we know of Christ’s life and teachings
are from the Bible.
