All safaris and activities must be reserved through the hotel
Children prices are applicable for children under 12 years old if no other condition mentioned
After the deposit payment, 30% of the estimated total is non-refundable
61-120 days before arrival, 50% of the estimated total is non-refundable
60 days before arrival, 100% is non-refundable
Cancellation charges apply to accommodation and half board. For activities, we have a 24 hours cancellation policy: No
date change nor decrease in attendance is allowed within 24 hours. If changes as mentioned are required, 100% of the
estimated total will be charged
