This is a complete list of clinics across Canada, including dedicated abortion clinics or women’s health clinics at hospitals. Otherwise,
hospitals are not generally listed unless they are the only facility providing abortions in that province or territory (however, full info is
provided for New Brunswick and Saskatchewan). Around 90-100 hospitals across Canada provide abortions, counting CLSCs in
Quebec (centre local de services communautaires). In addition, some private doctors’ offices may provide medical abortions; contact
the Action Canada hotline below for information.
Gestational limits are indicated where known. Services are fully funded unless otherwise specified. Most clinics should provide both
surgical and medical abortions, although medical may not be fully funded. Medical abortions are done using Mifegymiso (a drug
combination of mifepristone and misoprostol) or methotrexate. Gestational limits are given as dated from LMP (last menstrual period)
