LIKE MY LAST BOOK, ONLY BETTER!
Anyone wishing to purchase the new book of poetry and paintings by Mark
Chapman can request one and send $15 (or more!) to PUPS and we will mail it to you

neutering!
The number of puppies born in mills is
roughly equal to the number of dogs
being killed in U.S. shelters each year.

While PUPS founder Cheryl and friend, Lois
were transporting 2 rescue dogs for adoption
this August they saw a puppy mill first hand.
In an Arkansas front yard, 2 layers of wire
crates stacked with no shade or protection from
the elements. They exist with deplorable
conditions and it’s believed that 10,000 licensed
and unlicensed puppy mills exist in the U.S
mostly in the Midwest.
