DO YOU OFFER TAILOR ED
WEDDING PACK AGES?
At Events by Aria we believe that ever y wedding
is unique and we create personalised packages for
ever y wedding.
2.
AR E THER E ANY NOISE R ESTR ICTIONS?
A ll amplif ied music is to cease at midnight.
This applies to all events in all areas of
Sydney Opera House.
3.
WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME
MY R ECEPTION CAN CONCLUDE?
The conclusion time of your reception is as agreed
within your package. The latest time your reception
can conclude is 1am.
4.
WHO WILL ASSIST ME WITH
PR EPAR ATIONS FOR MY WEDDING?
From initial enquir y, you will liaise with our
dedicated sales team who will assist with packaging,
site inspections and any questions or concerns that
you may have. Eight months prior to your wedding
date, you will be allocated a dedicated wedding
planer who will guide you throughout the planning
stage to your wedding date.
5.
DO YOU CATER FOR ANY
DIETARY R EQUIR EMENTS?
We happily cater for all dietar y requirements, please
advise your wedding planner any specif ic dietar y
requests at the latest one week prior to your wedding.
7.
CAN WE USE ALL SPACES WITHIN SYDNEY
OPERA HOUSE FOR OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?
You are welcome to take photographs within the
venue which you have booked. There may be multiple
events held at Sydney Opera House at any given
time. Permission may be granted closer to the time
should other areas be available.
8.
DOES MY WEDDING INCLUDE SECUR ITY?
Sydney Opera House provides complimentar y
security that monitors the Opera House parameters.
For weddings above 200 guests a security guard is
compulsor y and your wedding planner will arrange
accordingly.
9.
HOW DO I CONFIR M MY WEDDING?
Events by Aria require a $5,000 deposit to secure
your wedding date. A second deposit of $5,000
six months prior to your wedding date. Your f inal
balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding.
10.
IS THER E ANY CAR PAR K ING ON SITE?
The nearest car park is Wilsons car park which is less
than a 200m walk to the Opera House.

A lternative methods of transport to Sydney Opera
House is by bus, ferr y, or train to Circular Quay.

ARE WE ABLE TO SERVE OUR OWN SPIRITS?
Events by Aria allow you to bring in three brands
of spirits that we can ser ve from behind the bar. No
additional charges apply and your planner must be
notif ied prior.
